I’d like to start the year by discussing one persistent problem most people struggle with: understanding the value you deliver.
Although I wouldn’t want to exclude you gentlemen in this conversation let me say a little disclaimer that I see this issue more in women than you.
The reality is that so many women in our industry don’t value themselves, which is evident in how they handle business.
Not recognising the value you offer impacts business growth - you don’t know how to set proper pricing, come up with better offers, and don’t see the return of all your efforts and hard work.
