You'll be able to onboard team members at a much faster rate. The team members will perform much better because you've got documented processes that tell them how to do things. You will be more profitable because if your business is efficient and running efficiently, then obviously that's going to lead to increased profits, and you'll be happier. So, I will say that's the kind of main advice that I would give.
