As in saying to yourself I’m too old, or I’m too young, it’s too late, it’s too early, I’m too fat, or perhaps as has happened to me on numerous occasions someone has accused you of being too much.
In this episode we take a look at the thought process around using the word too in order to describe our age, our appearance, our personality and so much more - and then letting the “degree as to be regrettable” for each of those things stop us from creating big change in our lives and careers.
