Dr. Al‐Hamwi leads Walgreens Retail USA health and safety program and supports the global Walgreens Boots Alliance Casualty Risk Insurance group to improve health, safety and casualty insurance outcomes throughout the company. He is the founding member of the WBA Health, Safety and Environmental Governance Committee, and represents health and safety in the WBA Global Corporate Social Responsibility organization. Dr. Al-Hamwi developed an enhanced OSHA response system, and designed and implemented an Active Care model that delivers improved care post-injury while reducing cost. He has developed a culture at Walgreens that integrates safety into all company processes and procedures, resulting in three consecutive years of reduced team member injuries. Dr. Al-Hamwi earned a doctor of medicine degree from Damascus University, Syria, and is a member of the Chicago ALSAC chapter of St. Jude charities.

Matthew Hart, Founder & CEO at Soter Analytics
Matthew is a trained mechanical and reliability engineer. Before starting Soter Analytics, he was responsible for making sure the reliability of more than 200 large haul trucks and fixed plant assets was maximized on a group of mines in the Australian outback.
