We know that women are often trying to do it all. I see the pressure that women feel to keep up, work harder and fit ridiculous amounts of stuff into their lives. All of this takes its toll, but there are so many people out there who are actively working to help us find a different way, to create an environment with less pressure, in which we can be much more gentle with ourselves and know it’s okay to do that.
