So many creative, multi-layered, multi-passionate women, wear perfectionism as strength, a badge of honor. We hold it all together. We do it all. And we silence our wild, messy, sensitive, intuitive selves in order to fit into boxes that were never meant for us.
But here’s the paradox: the very things we try to “fix” or hide — our too-muchness, our sensitivity, our fire — are the exact things that make us so powerfully brilliant. When we bury them under self-work, outside standards, and endless doing, we’re not actually growing… we’re abandoning ourselves.
In this episode of The Juicy Truth, I share my own journey of breaking free from perfectionism and hyper-independence — and how reclaiming the parts of myself I once tried to silence became the key to my power, creativity, and impact.
We’ll explore:
- Why and how self-work can sometimes turn into self-abandonment.
- How “too much” is actually your greatest brilliance.
- The life-changing moment I stopped shrinking and let my rebel heart lead.
- What it really means to reclaim your magic and thrive on your own terms.
This is a call to the wildhearts, rebels, and visionaries who are done conforming, done hiding, done performing. Your magic doesn’t come from being perfect. It comes from being YOU — untamed, unfiltered, and unapologetically alive.
And if you’re ready to reclaim your wildness and create from your deepest truth, check out my 1-to-1 signature program: the Rewilding Path To Magic — a transformational space for brave souls ready to rise, untamed and fully expressed.
It’s time to start being all of you.
