Team building star wars style!

Can playing star wars lego really teach how to work together as a team? I think so! It all comes down to communication and learning to listen.

When you listen, take time to learn; you can find those that can fill in your gaps, allowing your strengths to shine.

Find ways to communicate your message you request, so it is clear to those who need to hear it and follow through. You may need to test what you are saying a how you are saying it to get what is in your head out to an actionable request.

Take time to learn what you don't know or that you want to pass off to others so that you know what you want to be done and who you want it done. Remember, we need to understand what we don't know (listen to episode 36 to hear more about when we don't know what we don't know)

Most importantly, have fun experimenting!
