Take Away:
The sabbath is an age, it's the age of the Kingdom. It is not just a day, its everyday that we can enter into His rest. The old age of human striving and futility is melting away as we are filled with His Spirit. In this new day we find that we don't keep the sabbath, we let the sabbath keep us.
Debbie
The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. God gave it to us to be a blessing to help us enter into His presence, to lay aside every other thing, be in His presence in worship and, and wait on Him and know Him. It's becoming a Sabbath day, we're learning to enter into His presence, more and more.

This has to be something that comes from your heart - and it's something that the Holy Spirit works in you because, if you take it on a human level, or Yeah, human religious level, I guess you'd say you go, I want to, I want to participate in the Sabbath. You go about doing it, of course by faith - and I think there's nothing wrong with that. I think that's the level that I think there's a level we've walked in. The Lord's working something through this love relationship with Him; that it's starting to be something that we're driven, begin to be driven to. You see, I'm saying the difference - It's a difference of motivation. I think the end game is a drive where you're so driven, because you want to be in His presence.
Debbie
And the Lord in His grace and His love and His patience with us, is just come in and a little farther, come in a little deeper, come on, come on, wooing us, wooing us, come on, just get into My presence. Just come in and worship Me for a little bit - just rest. Forget about the other things that are around about you, just come and rest, Just be with Me. That's the kingdom.
Ed
I think that you know, every time you know, we want to do something - well, we start out in the flesh. And God doesn't want the flesh, He wants the spirit. And I think the more that we reach into it, and the more that we try to get rid of our flesh in it, and open up to His Spirit, then He can work in us, then He can lead us, I want to keep the Sabbath. Well, there's a lot of religious things that you can do to keep the Sabbath; and not one of them is spiritual.
Debbie
Not one of them is going to be the Lord.
Ed
You can eat the food, you can do all that kind of stuff. That's not the spirit behind it. Sabbath is supposed to be a rest for you, and a rest in God.
Dale
We should let the Sabbath keep us instead of us keep the Sabbath. The Sabbath already exists. If we're looking to enter into something that already exist, that changes our approaches to it. The Sabbath is not a thing of obedience, as much as it's a thing of a change of levels submission. You enter into His rest. It's already established - you don't have to earn it. That's why the Sabbath is for us, God created the seventh day for us. His bringing the kingdom and saying, the kingdom has come near you; so much includes come to Me, you who are heavy laden, and I'll give you rest. He wants to give us something that's already established. And it's just a matter of you entering in. But it's a different way of doing things. And with the very thing that we're crying for, are you ready to stop trying to work out something I've already given you? Did He put us here to see His rest come to this earth? Stop striving in the flesh. Just enter in because it's made for us. His Sabbath rest is for us; and it contains all He can be to us.
Ron
The Sabbath rest has to do with a greater flow of the Holy Spirit; in us and through us. No matter what you say to somebody about entering into His rest; your mind races 100 miles an hour trying to figure out how do I do this? How can I do this?
Debbie
It's hard to explain.
Ron
Because I don't think is on that level. It's a level of the flow of the Holy Spirit that we are beginning to touch on. It's a flow of His Spirit in us and through us. And if it's His spirit, it's going to automatically put us in a place of peace and rest If that's what He's doing, if that's what He's, He's ministering to the earth, and we can flow with that, we're going to enter into it.
Debbie
It all comes out of a relationship with the Lord, You have to have that time of coming into His presence and just drawing on Him. How do you explain that? You just say, Lord, I want to know You. I want to know, what is in Your heart? What is it that You want me to enter into? What is it Lord, or just - just be still, I love that. Be still and know that I am God. Just be still and let the Holy Spirit do it through us. administer it to us, enable us, because that's what the Holy Spirit is there for is to be our helper, and to reveal His presence. But just to say, you know, when you can't pray, Holy Spirit makes intercession. You can't even express your heart. Let the Holy Spirit do it. That the Holy Spirit express it through you and to you.
Dale
It's getting rid of the preconceived ideas. It's getting rid of what you think God is. You trying to create Him to be your God? Instead of saying, God, here I am. Create me into your son. You can look at it and say, well, what's holding me back, Lord, just receive it, son. Don't feel like you have to earn it. Don't feel like you have to qualify for it. I have said, it's yours, if you want to have it. There's so much of God that doesn't come with strings. We have been conditioned by the world - by our flesh, that everything has a string, and it's terrible. We're so conditioned to think negative about everything and we carry that to God. The Sabbath is for us, and to receive it takes the change of your heart like you're saying Deb. It's all about His presence. I am constantly amazed at what is in the presence of God. 100% of truth is in His presence, in His presence is fullness
Debbie
of joy.
Dale
Yeah. The Sabbath is an age. It's the Age of the Kingdom as a Sabbath age. It's not a day like you said Deb it's not a day that happens this day, that day. It's every day that we can enter into His rest.
