So what can we learn from Sir Chris Hoy, MBE? 11 times World Champion, 6 x Olympic Champion. The answer is.. so many things as you'll find out in this fascinating 45 minutes.

We learn about his physical and mental approach to becoming a champion. He didn't believe he was world class until his mid-20's, so what changed? It's something that's led him to believe everyone has the chance to be amazing....find your passion and put in the hard work. A lot of hard work.

Chris talks about the changes at British Cycling which shaped his later career. The help from sports psychologist Steve Peters, the marginal gains and the attention to detail, which included flying his mattress, duvet and pillows all over the world to his competitions.

There's so much more too with great stories on how he learnt he'd got a knighthood, going through a car wash with bikes on his roof rack and life as a best-selling author....from novels to his book Be Amazing.

He has a great take on recreational cycling and how the country should moved forward following the surge in the use of bikes during the pandemic.

We'd love to hear from you with ideas for other guests
