At 14, I experience my first symptoms of anxiety-shaking hands, sweaty palms, heart racing, etc. However, what seemed like an event that would lead to a never ending battle, actually propelled me further into the field of psychology and mental health and well-being. Today, I have created my blog, Your Mindful Mantra, to educate others on mental health, and currently, I am in the home stretch of completing my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to help others like my therapists have helped me.
