Jared Ross, is a musician and songwriter located in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan. Jared’s life, like many of the Indigenous children at the time, was greatly affected by the residential schools, though he never attended one himself. In this episode, Jared gives us a little glimpse of his childhood, growing up in the reserve at Cross Lake, Manitoba, the challenges he faced when he decided to move out to study at Eston College and how he eventually found healing and total freedom in Jesus.

His journey of forgiveness and healing is both powerful and challenging. Jared is passionate about the church and envisions a day that the youth of the First Nations will experience revival and healing. He currently serves at Deeper Life Ministries located in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan.
