Shownotes

It's June, and it’s conference season! Next week, I am attending Atomicon in Newcastle. I’m also recording many more episodes for my two podcasts.

But I am pausing both podcasts this month, but I will return in July with fresh episodes on studio behind the scenes and then the next season, which is on confidence and communication.

When I launched the Confident Live Marketing Podcast back in May 2019, I never missed an episode each week for over 3 years. But consistency for consistency’s sake is not a good strategy. Taking breaks is crucial for maintaining energy, quality content, and avoiding burnout.

Transcripts

Ian:

Hello, Ian Anderson Gray here.

Ian:

I was going to say that this is a special bonus episode of

Ian:

the Confident Live Marketing Podcast, but that would be a lie.

Ian:

This is more of an announcement, really.

Ian:

I'm going to be pausing this podcast for the month of June

Ian:

and I will be back in July.

Ian:

Now, the cool thing is I've got some really cool episodes recorded.

Ian:

I've got about 10 episodes actually for the next season already recorded.

Ian:

and that's going to be all on the topic of confidence and communication, which

Ian:

is something really close to my heart.

Ian:

This current season that we're in with looking at behind the scenes

Ian:

with people's studios, and I've got some really good feedback from people.

Ian:

I hope you've really enjoyed that.

Ian:

It's been really interesting to, to be a bit nosy and go behind the scenes, but.

Ian:

I've got some more episodes, or more interviews with guests booked.

Ian:

I've got two definitely booked and I'm going to be booking in

Ian:

probably another three or four.

Ian:

And so it's a busy month.

Ian:

I'm also going to other conferences.

Ian:

I'm going to Atomicon next week as well.

Ian:

And one thing that I've realized over the years, yes, consistency is so, important.

Ian:

when I first launched this podcast back in May, 2019, I didn't really have a very

Ian:

good track record of being consistent.

Ian:

It was something that I really struggled with.

Ian:

And so I wanted to prove to myself and also to deliver

Ian:

really good value to my audience.

Ian:

And so I went live every week or I, the podcast went live every week,

Ian:

for basically three and a half years.

Ian:

But consistency for consistency's sake is not a good idea.

Ian:

You, need to listen to your body, to your energy levels.

Ian:

And I know that I've, got burnt out over the years.

Ian:

and I don't want to do that again.

Ian:

and so as this is a busy time, I hope you will forgive me.

Ian:

We're just going to pause.

Ian:

I will be back in July with some really cool episodes, but don't forget I am here.

Ian:

I am coming back.

Ian:

I would love to hear from you if you have any thoughts or, just thoughts or

Ian:

ideas really for future episodes, future series, any feedback, anything like that.

Ian:

just let me know.

Ian:

My email address is ian at I A G dot me.

Ian:

And also just another plug for my other podcast.

Ian:

So I've actually got two podcasts.

Ian:

I may have, We'll launch another one.

Ian:

So I might actually have three podcasts at some point, but, obviously this is

Ian:

a confident line marketing podcast.

Ian:

I also have the smart ADHD podcast.

Ian:

So this is not for everyone, but if you know anyone with ADHD or if you have ADHD

Ian:

or you wanted to learn more about it, then do check out the smart ADHD podcast.

Ian:

That's the other one that I'm doing, which I'm actually pausing as well

Ian:

for the month of June so that I can focus on other things as well.

Ian:

And yes, it's also quite a lot of client work at the moment.

Ian:

Which is all good stuff.

Ian:

Anyway, enough from me.

Ian:

I will be back in July with some more behind the scenes studio episodes.

Ian:

I can't wait to share them with you.

Ian:

just the recent one I've recorded was amazing.

Ian:

There's going to be some more coming up very soon, but I hope you have a

Ian:

fantastic June and until next time I encourage you to level up your

Ian:

impact, authority, and profits to the power of confident live video.

Ian:

See you soon.

Ian:

Bye.

Ian:

Thanks for listening to the Confident Live Marketing Podcast with Ian Anderson Gray.

Ian:

Ian:

your impact, authority and profits through the power of live video.

Ian:

And until next time, Toodle
