Does social media have to be part of your marketing strategy? Should you focus your marketing efforts on social media? At some point in our mompreneur journey, we ask ourselves these questions. Although social media is free marketing, when we focus all our marketing efforts on a single platform and make this platform the top, middle, and end of our sales funnel, we are met with burnout. If you're feeling burnout on Instagram or another social media platform, know that you are not alone.

In today's episode, I share my journey with navigating social media burnout and give some tips and strategies for ditching social media burnout and making social media optional.

In this episode, you will learn:

  • My social media burnout story
  • How to build a business that doesn't rely on social media
  • How to make social media optional OR use it in a way that feels good to you and doesn't lead to burnout
