Boomers used to have only two or three ways to send and receive information. Today, Gen Z has well over twenty different ways to hear and to get communication of information. As the workplace evolves, what is the adoption of communication and who is expected to adopt it? The elders expect the younger to adapt to them and the younger are not aware of how to adapt to them. The digital transition is a difficult transition for both retirees and millennials.
