Tea Party
Maggie Devers
The hand of god
Sips with the divine pinky up
Holy water served
In antique china cups
First gently blowing
Not for the heat
But to make ripples
Still, the liquid warms the same
Even for the dolls who
Have yet to taste a drop
The imaginary need not look real
To be felt
Creation is not just what we see
