Do you feel like you’re drowning in all of the ‘shoulds’ of life and struggling to find time for the things that really light you up? Or perhaps you feel stuck in a cycle where you feel like you’re going nowhere and wondering how you break free of it?

In today’s episode, I am joined by my friend Bree Pair, a coach for content creators and the founder of Thrive. Bree supports female entrepreneurs to build brands that give them financial freedom and the flexibility to live life on their own terms - and that is something we’re all about at Radiant Womanhood!

We talk about the pressures we can feel from the many ‘shoulds’ in life, the importance of pausing and reflecting, how being creative just for creativity’s sake can enrich your life, and we discuss strategies for how you can be more present and stop the ‘doom-scrolling’. We also discuss how things can be both hard and beautiful and that often some of the most beautiful, fulfilling things in life are born out of the hard.

This is such a rich conversation and I hope you love it! If you do enjoy this episode and know of another woman who would love it too, please share the love and pass it on!
