Ryan Carnohan is a California native who has undergone a significant physical and mindset transformation. Once a "Pizza Boy," he has now embraced the role of the "World's Greatest Hypeman." Ryan's journey is marked by key pillars such as discipline, resilience, and constant evolution, which he passionately discusses in his discourses. A former schoolteacher, he now helps hundreds of men do the same as President/Head Coach of Super Human Fathers and co-host of The Stoic Dad Podcast. Ryan and his wife have been married for twelve years and have three children. A former schoolteacher, he enjoys surfing, jujitsu, and is the self-proclaimed  World's Greatest Hypeman. The message he constantly conveys is if he can do it, so can you. LFG!
