Sherry grew up in a traditional two parent home and had a pretty ‘normal’ childhood. But she was always a people pleaser and wanting to help others.

Through a series of life’s normal twists and turns, Sherry became aware of a high rate of teen suicide in her community.

She KNEW she had to find a way to make a positive impact so these kids would have access to resources that could help them through their troubled times. So, she started I AM TEEN STRONG, an online magazine and resource center for teen girls. Sherry found her passion, and her purpose.
