This week’s episode zeros in on some of the more common ‘myths’ and ‘false beliefs’ we hold as to why we can’t stick with a regular fitness and self care program. I’ll outline the three most common ones I hear--and that every one is just that--a MYTH. As in NOT TRUE. I’ll also outline why false beliefs are usually the surface of what really holds us back.
