Remember when they were little and cute?  What happened? Where did they go and when are they coming back?

I've thought these thoughts and I bet you have too.  What emotion does this bring up for you?

In this episode I talk about processing difficult emotions, why it helps and why we often don't want to do it.

After listening you will be able to name the emotion that's coming up and have a framework for how to process it and allow it to be there.  This is an amazing skill to have and one that can be learned.
