:Hello everyone everywhere.
:Pastor Robert Thibodeau here.
:Welcome to the Faith Based Business podcast.
:We are so blessed that you are joining us today.
:We have a very special guest today.
:Eden Mann, founder of the Man Team, also known as the Mann Acquisition Company.
:He's based in Switzerland.
:He has the mate.
:His background is just going to be simply amazing.
:He has been the main sales manager for several eight figure companies, helping certain businesses go from 100 grand per month to over half a million dollars per month income.
:But listen to this now at age 15, he dropped out of school to become a full time entrepreneur.
:And guess what?
:He does a little over 16 now.
:So in a little over a year he's already been touted as possibly becoming the youngest self made billionaire yet.
:Amen.
:Eden man has been touted as the next Elon Musk many times over.
:The man team has created, managed and scaled multiple teams that have gone from scratch to over half a million dollars per month in revenue.
:But the underlying principle Eden man refuses to compromise on.
:And the reason I wanted to come on the program today, he says is his faith.
:His website even states we do not participate in any unethical industries even if it's legally allowed.
:We value human morals and being a man of God more than any penny in the world.
:We will not promote something which we know would hurt someone else.
:That's not what we stand for as an organization and a company.
:And to that I just say amen and help me.
:Welcome to the program, Eden Man.
:Eden, it is such a blessing to talk with you today, brother.
:I appreciate you joining us.
Eden Mann:Thank you very much for the introduction, inviting me, I mean it's a, it's a pleasure to talk with anyone as well and thank you very much for the invitation.
Speaker D:Amen.
:The first question I always start with is this.
:Other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words who is Eden Man?
Eden Mann:Well, you know, it's, it's, you know, it's a good introduction, it's amazing introduction but you know, things like those, you know, don't get me wrong, amazing.
Eden Mann:But the most important Title, no matter how, what kind of success you achieve is, you're always going to be the same as everyone else.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And you.
Eden Mann:So, yeah, I mean, I would just classify myself as.
Eden Mann:Obviously, I'm an entrepreneur, obviously.
Eden Mann:I have a couple of, you know, ventures I'm doing.
Eden Mann:I'm head of the Mon team.
Eden Mann:I have a couple of, you know, investments here and there as well.
Eden Mann:But by far the number one thing is being a slave of God.
Eden Mann:That's it.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:If you.
Eden Mann:So what I'm trying to say is, don't get me wrong, success is great, but you should know your priorities.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:I think a lot of people, mostly the people who don't even have that much money, end up worshipping the money.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And I think the reason I have a little success in my age is not because I'm a genius.
Eden Mann:I'm not a genius.
Eden Mann:Like I'm.
Eden Mann:I'm.
Eden Mann:I'm a normal person, Right.
Eden Mann:I think it is because I prioritize.
Eden Mann:I have the right priorities.
Eden Mann:That's it.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And that's why this life comes calling to me.
Eden Mann:So, you know, whether you're Christian, whether you're whatever.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:I think follow your scripture, follow what you have, and just make sure you prioritize the right things.
Eden Mann:I think a lot of people have the wrong priorities.
Eden Mann:They put money on top and everything else later.
Eden Mann:If you look now, most people have families at 30, 40 years old, most women as well.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And this is why autism, all other diseases have been much higher, because people are washing, worshiping the money nowadays.
:Yeah.
Eden Mann:You know, it's crazy.
Eden Mann:So have the right priorities straight.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:I've rejected a bunch of offers for multiple five figures.
Eden Mann:I could be making additional 30, $40,000 a month by now, you know, in certain industries, which I've had offers with.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:It's just that I didn't even think about them.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And there are many other people who would also not think about them and just accept them.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:So you just have to have the priorities straight.
Eden Mann:And I think I'm just a living example that you have the right priorities to rate.
Eden Mann:You can achieve this life's come.
Eden Mann:This life comes according to you.
Eden Mann:That's what I'm trying to say.
:Yeah.
Speaker D:Amen.
:Serve God, and he's the one that does the blessing.
Speaker D:Amen.
Eden Mann:Absolutely.
Eden Mann:Yeah.
:How did you get started in this area of business, though?
Eden Mann:That's, that's an amazing question.
Eden Mann:So, I mean, the first change, like I said before, before we even, you know, started this podcast or interview, is the first change needs to happen in the mind, right?
Eden Mann:It's, it's very easy to.
Eden Mann:You know, you see all these guys in New Year's resolution, they say, oh, I'm going to be fit.
Eden Mann:I'm going to be this.
Eden Mann:I'm going to be dot.
Eden Mann:92% of them every year, 92% of them, this is statistic, fail every year.
Eden Mann:And out of 24 of the whole population, never ever in their life achieve even once.
Eden Mann:They Knew not even one resolution every year, not 24%, a quarter of the world, not even once in their life.
Eden Mann:Why?
Eden Mann:Because they say they will do some actions, but didn't make the change in the mind.
Eden Mann:The mind, let's say you want to get fit.
Eden Mann:Your mind is still the person who's not fit, all right?
Eden Mann:So you have to change the way you look at yourself.
Eden Mann:You have to be fit in your brain before you fit outside.
Eden Mann:So when I first started making some money outside of friends, family, I was 12.
Eden Mann:I was making like $15 a month.
Eden Mann:Nothing, absolutely nothing.
Eden Mann:At the time.
Eden Mann:I felt like a rich guy.
Eden Mann:Yeah, I was 12.
Eden Mann:I was going to school, you know.
Eden Mann:You know, I felt like I was doing amazing out work, 20, 30 hours.
Eden Mann:What I was doing basically is I'd have as many social media presence.
Eden Mann:I tweet some, I make some graphics on my phone.
Eden Mann:I'd act like, you know, I'm really professional at this.
Eden Mann:I get some people for $9 or $15 a month just to make graphics for them.
Eden Mann:They, you know, they get a good deal.
Eden Mann:You know, they got the young guy making graphics for the YouTube channel or whatever for, you know, cheap, which other people charge thousands for.
Eden Mann:And I make a good deal because I, you know, get some pocket money at my, at my age, you know, I can get some candy at that age or whatever I want.
Eden Mann:So, you know, I just started because I didn't have an excuse.
Eden Mann:I think most people that talk to someone today, he is like 14, 15 years old, very young.
Eden Mann:I think he goes to America some, something like this.
Eden Mann:He's in a very good position.
Eden Mann:America is a place we can network with a lot of people that.
Eden Mann:I'm in Switzerland, it's also a great place.
Eden Mann:He just comes up with excuse after excuse on why I can't achieve whatever goal it is.
Eden Mann:I mean, if you believe in God, you should know that anything is possible.
Eden Mann:Okay, so just put your mind to it.
Eden Mann:But yeah, it has to.
Eden Mann:The change has to happen in the mind.
Speaker E:All right?
Eden Mann:So what I did is I ch.
Eden Mann:I.
Eden Mann:I never have to change my mind.
Eden Mann:I don't Know, maybe we're all born with it.
Eden Mann:I'm not sure.
Eden Mann:But I can talk for myself.
Eden Mann:Is I.
Eden Mann:Obviously from a young age, okay, I'm going to be great.
Eden Mann:I don't know why I was.
Eden Mann:I can remember when I was eight, nine years old, I'd go to people, I, I talk to people at my school.
Eden Mann:I'd say, look, I'm going to be this, I'm going to be this, I'm going to be rich.
Eden Mann:I'm not going to sell for else anything else.
Eden Mann:I'm going to be famous.
Eden Mann:Obviously at that time, I was just a kid, right?
Eden Mann:So my goal at that time was 8, 9 years old, 10 years old.
Eden Mann:You know, I just talk something.
Eden Mann:I didn't know how to do it any.
Eden Mann:No clue.
Eden Mann:One idea I had and which I worked on when I was very young is I wanted to write a book and I wanted that book to be.
Eden Mann:The goal was, okay, sell millions of copies and be, you know, a billionaire at 13 or whatever.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:Obviously, you know, I was young, I didn't know anything about money.
Eden Mann:I didn't know how to sell.
Eden Mann:Ended up making zero, you know, selling zero.
Eden Mann:But, you know, it's, it's.
Eden Mann:You get the mindset, you know, I already had the mindset, okay, I'm gonna, I'm, I'm gonna do more.
Eden Mann:I'm gonna find something else.
Eden Mann:I'm going to do something special, right?
Eden Mann:And you know, nowadays you see a lot of people, they say, look, you should do this way.
Eden Mann:You should go to school and do this or you should drop out and do this.
Eden Mann:At the end of the day, every part works.
Eden Mann:I say this all the time.
Eden Mann:Every business model works, Every part works.
Eden Mann:You want to get into real estate, do it.
Eden Mann:You want to get to this.
Eden Mann:Whatever fits for you, it works.
Eden Mann:Okay?
Eden Mann:If you, if you're the type of person to say this doesn't work, but this works and this is the best and everything.
Eden Mann:No, no, it's, it, it's.
Eden Mann:It comes down to you.
Eden Mann:You can make a million dollars in a million different ways.
Eden Mann:Okay?
Eden Mann:Just about first change your mind and then change your actions.
Eden Mann:So.
Speaker D:Amen.
Eden Mann:Yeah, Amen.
:Well, how does your faith also shape what you do?
Eden Mann:Well, you know, I, I know this is a mainly Christian channel.
Eden Mann:I'm actually a Muslim.
Eden Mann:But we have a lot of similarities as well.
Eden Mann:But I, I just have my priority set, right?
Eden Mann:And that's number one.
Eden Mann:No matter what your belief is, have your priority set.
Eden Mann:Okay?
Eden Mann:You know, certain things are not worth the money, but I'm not going to say Names.
Eden Mann:But then I had offers from guys and you know, certain industries to promote certain courses to lead someone in, in that kind of like an adult industry, very bad, disgusting industry.
Eden Mann:I would, I wouldn't even think about that.
Eden Mann:But even though I'd be much more wealthy today if I did, you just have to have, even if you got, you might lose money in the first couple of years by doing this.
Eden Mann:You might lose a lot of money by just prioritizing ethical stuff over just making money.
Eden Mann:Okay.
Eden Mann:You have to have priority set.
Eden Mann:You might lose a lot of money.
Eden Mann:One thing I can say for sure is in the long term you're going to gain much more.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And that's going to be in this life, the next level and so on.
Eden Mann:Right.
Eden Mann:So you need to have, look, I can't guarantee you look, oh, you're going to make, do this, you're going to make $5 billion next five seconds.
Eden Mann:I can't say that.
Eden Mann:But what I can say is have your priority set.
Eden Mann:Position yourself well and don't, you know, even think about, you know, these kind of offers.
Eden Mann:Because if you have something that you really don't believe in, you're selling a product service you really don't believe in, you don't like, you wouldn't buy for yourself.
Eden Mann:If you the target customer, then that's a way of selling a soul.
Eden Mann:Yeah, there are some exceptions.
Eden Mann:Like look, if you're, let's say you're a middleman for, I don't know, let's say you're raising capital or whatever or you're the middleman between a company and a private equity firm or whatever it is and it wouldn't fit for you.
Eden Mann:Okay, fair enough.
Eden Mann:Because maybe you don't have 5 million to give away.
Eden Mann:But if you especially info products, small things like this, I wouldn't say you have to buy them because you might be in a different situation.
Eden Mann:But you should.
Eden Mann:If you're the ideal customer of your own product which you're selling and you wouldn't buy it, if you're being honest with yourself and you think the cross doesn't work, then that's, that's like a, that's kind of selling your soul.
Eden Mann:So you have to have a practice to rate.
Eden Mann:You want to help people, right?
Eden Mann:You will get paid by the amount of money you get paid.
Eden Mann:Amount of money equivalent to the value in the problem you solve.
:Yeah.
Eden Mann:So number one thing, find obviously change your mind, find a problem you want to solve and find the customers.
Eden Mann:That's one on one business, right?
Eden Mann:It's Very simple.
Eden Mann:Yeah, very simple.
Eden Mann:It's very hard.
Eden Mann:So.
Eden Mann:Yeah.
:Yeah.
:And, you know, it's like, you know me with what we do here.
:I am narrowed in on exactly what I do.
:You know, I get opportunities all the time to talk about all this other stuff.
:And I said, no, that's, that's not what our niche is.
:You know, I'm strictly focused on what I'm doing.
:And, you know, I dabble, I guess you could say, on the fringes.
:But that's more or less the marketing aspect to draw people in.
:You know, I'm not going out.
:And as you said, you know, I turned down.
:Put like this, I turned down just about as many interview opportunities as I accept, you know, because I'm very selective at maintaining exactly what I'm doing.
:And that's amazing.
Eden Mann:That's amazing.
:That's proven our, that's our success model, I guess you could say, just like it's yours and.
Eden Mann:Absolutely, absolutely.
Eden Mann:Because if you, if you, you can't settle for less.
Eden Mann:You want to have a clear vision and look, you, you're not gonna, you're gonna fail.
Speaker E:Right?
Eden Mann:Be prepared.
Eden Mann:Look, I, I was selling a lot of different stuff.
Eden Mann:Be prepared to fail.
Eden Mann:Okay.
Eden Mann:I'm prepared to fail the next 10 years over and over again.
Eden Mann:Be prepared to fail, whatever.
Eden Mann:If you want to be, achieve something great, be prepared to fail.
Speaker D:Yeah.
Eden Mann:Because you will.
:That's true.
Eden Mann:So prepare for the worst case scenario is what I would say.
Speaker D:Amen.
Speaker D:Amen.
Speaker D:Amen.
:Now, is it true that when you start out, you just ran on a couple hours sleep a night in your startup days?
Eden Mann:I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
Eden Mann:There was a time I was not sleeping much, to say the least.
Eden Mann:I was really not sleeping much.
Eden Mann:And nowadays it's the opposite.
Eden Mann:I like to sleep a lot.
Eden Mann:I think it's very important you grow higher.
Eden Mann:Lots of muscle is built by sleeping.
Eden Mann:You're just a better person.
Eden Mann:You actually sleep more.
Eden Mann:I don't recommend sleeping less than 8, 9 hours.
Eden Mann:I sleep 9 hours 8 of.
Eden Mann:Sometimes I have to sleep less.
Eden Mann:Like today I slept like four hours.
Eden Mann:But on average I'd sleep very well.
Eden Mann:Right.
Eden Mann:Because I think it's really important to recover the body.
Eden Mann:I think it's, it's extremely important.
Eden Mann:Right now.
Eden Mann:A lot of people have different opinions.
Eden Mann:I think health is very important.
Eden Mann:It goes above wealth.
Eden Mann:I would not recommend doing that.
Eden Mann:But it's a time where it was a couple of months where I just didn't sleep.
Eden Mann:I.
Eden Mann:I just never slept.
Eden Mann:The only time I slept was when I accidentally Slept, I averaged like two hours a day.
Eden Mann:Literally two hours a day.
Eden Mann:I can show you on my phone if I, if I scroll all the way back.
Eden Mann:I mean it's, it's not the best.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:The reason I was in that comfort zone is because I had two things at once.
Eden Mann:I was what I was, had some kind.
Eden Mann:I had basically internship, to say the least.
Eden Mann:A bit different than an internship.
Eden Mann:You don't go to the office.
Eden Mann:You go to the construction site, nine, eight hours a day, sometimes 10.
Eden Mann:You come back and then you build something for the next eight hours, nine hours.
Eden Mann:Then you have to eat.
Eden Mann:Then you have to, you know, it wasn't the best time.
Eden Mann:You know, many times I'd fallen unconscious on the ladder without in sleep.
Eden Mann:So I, I don't recommend this to anyone.
Eden Mann:I, I don't think that's, that's amazing idea.
Eden Mann:But yeah, I mean, yeah, it was, it was something.
Eden Mann:Yeah.
Speaker D:Amen.
Speaker D:Amen.
:And when someone approaches you or you're looking for a client, what's the one thing that you look for when onboarding a client?
:In other words, deciding whether or not to accept someone as a client.
Eden Mann:That's amazing.
Eden Mann:Question.
Eden Mann:So nowadays we focus with people who already have, you know, some kind something going on for them.
Eden Mann:We used to, you know, maybe a year ago we would have taken people who are, you know, doing $0 a month for a cool offer.
Eden Mann:From today, you know, we, we wouldn't accept anyone.
Eden Mann:You know, a threshold is at least anywhere between 20 to 50k a month.
Eden Mann:That isn't the most important thing though.
Eden Mann:The most important thing is that we first of all have a product or service which we really like.
Eden Mann:Something we believe in some mission.
Eden Mann:We believe in a team we believe in.
Eden Mann:I mean, you don't have to have, you know, a big everything.
Eden Mann:You don't need to have the best team in the world.
Eden Mann:You don't need to even have much going on.
Eden Mann:As long as we believe in your mission.
Eden Mann:We like what you guys are building.
Eden Mann:Right?
Eden Mann:And if that is the case, I mean it's, it's very easy to be very motivated, motivate people for this.
Eden Mann: 're building something like a: Eden Mann:That's like the most important thing.
Eden Mann:Then you can look at the people.
Eden Mann:Do you like the people?
Eden Mann:You know, how to, you know, talk, how to behave, how to act?
Eden Mann:Very important as well.
Eden Mann:And from there you look at the revenue and stuff like that.
Eden Mann:But that's that's one of the most important things.
Speaker D:Amen.
Speaker D:Amen.
:I also seen something on your website that I just think is fabulous.
:When I was back in the military, we had a saying that the maximum effective range of an excuse is zero meters.
:In other words, there are no excuses.
:There may be a reason something happened, but that's not an excuse.
:And I read about the same philosophy in that area on your website where you tell people, bring me solutions, not excuses.
:Is that correct?
Eden Mann:Yeah, absolutely.
Eden Mann:I mean, you know, it's very easy to bring up excuses.
Eden Mann:You know, if you, if you really want to win, if you really want to find, if you really, really want to solve a goal, you're not going to even look for excuses.
Eden Mann:You have to wire your brain in a way where you automatically just looking for solutions.
Eden Mann:Because if it's life or death, I'm telling you, if you, if you're in a room and, and the walls start, you know, coming together and they have spikes and everything, you're not going to say, oh, well, what should I do?
Eden Mann:Only have fives?
Eden Mann:No, you're gonna find something.
Eden Mann:Even if you're gonna fail, you're gonna try to do something.
Eden Mann:You're gonna say, okay, what can I do?
Speaker E:Right?
Eden Mann:Maybe there's a window, maybe there's something you, you look for solutions, not excuses because you don't have time.
Eden Mann:It's the same way in anything.
Eden Mann:So, yeah, bring me solutions, not excuses.
Eden Mann:I mean, it's very easy to get excuses.
Eden Mann:In the same way, it's very easy.
Eden Mann:If you, a leader in sales especially, very simple.
Eden Mann:I mean, if you, if you're not holding yourself accountable, if you're not a good example, you know, people are not going to follow that.
Eden Mann:But if you blame everyone else, especially as a leader in sales, you know, your sales reps are going to adapt that and they're not going to respect.
Eden Mann:So it's extremely easy to blame.
Eden Mann:It's extremely easy to point fingers at other people.
Eden Mann:What he should be doing is, even if it wasn't completely your fault, the smartest and the wisest of man will point himself at himself.
:Yeah.
Eden Mann:So it's a lot about your character, especially when you're leading stuff.
Eden Mann:It's sometimes even more about your character and positioning than it is about your skills that I'm not the best in the world yet at sales there are people who are better than me, but I know how to position myself and I know how to be a good character.
Eden Mann:So we can hit a certain KPIs, right.
Eden Mann:So you just need to have that character.
Eden Mann:You need to have.
Eden Mann:It's not something you just born with.
Eden Mann:You have to develop it.
Eden Mann:And you need to be the type of person even in hell.
Eden Mann:You need to prepare for chaos.
Eden Mann:You need to prepare for the most.
Eden Mann:Because, you know, it might happen, it might not happen, but if you're in the industry for long enough, you will have a moment which is not the best, to say the least.
Speaker D:Amen.
:Yeah.
:And, you know, again, I go back to the.
:My military background and stuff that, you know, you have something going on, you know what the policy is, you know what the plan is, you know what the mission is, and you're moving forward.
:And then they come at, you know, this isn't working.
:You know, this, this.
:This is broke.
:This is not okay.
:What's your recommendation?
:Give me a recommendation, because right now we have a plan.
:Everybody knows what the plan is.
:Give me a recommendation.
:Will evaluate it.
:That may be the answer to the solution to a problem.
:But if all you're doing is complaining, you're not helping anybody.
:You know, get with the program, get the mission accomplished.
:You know, when you get a mission accomplished, it may not be as pretty as what you had first envisioned it to be, but at least it's accomplished.
Eden Mann:Absolutely, man.
Eden Mann:Absolutely.
Eden Mann:I mean, I mean, you know, especially when you hire him, I think, you know, I always compare stuff to a team, like a football team or whatever, because it's very similar, Right?
Eden Mann:Sales is very similar.
Eden Mann:Sales team is very similar to a football team.
Speaker E:Right?
Eden Mann:You got manager, you got leaders in a team, you got captains in a team.
Eden Mann:You've got people who are just starting off.
Eden Mann:You got bench warmers.
Eden Mann:Right.
Eden Mann:You have to create a culture and you have to create character.
Eden Mann:When you're hiring someone, what's more important than the skill is the character.
Eden Mann:If you have someone who's great, but his character is awful, is going to bring other people down.
Eden Mann:Just, you know, if he doesn't follow the rules, if he doesn't.
Eden Mann:If he's not obedient, if he's gonna, you know, not talk the best way and he's doing well, like, you can do well in that way, but other people are going to adapt to that.
Eden Mann:With dating, okay, this guy's doing well.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And even if you're not doing well, you don't want to have someone like that in your environment.
Eden Mann:Especially when building sales teams.
Eden Mann:Yeah, you really want to focus on someone.
Eden Mann:You really want to bring people in who have the right character.
Eden Mann:If you have the right character and you don't have the right skill, that's fine.
Eden Mann:The skill can be developed.
Eden Mann:The character is very hard to change with.
Eden Mann:Most people are a bit arrogant.
Eden Mann:They don't want to change it.
Eden Mann:Don't get me wrong, you can change it.
Eden Mann:People just don't want to change it.
Speaker D:Amen.
Speaker D:Amen.
:Let's go back to how you first started.
:I mean, you quit your job, you were in construction, you quit your job.
:What was the first thing you did after that?
:What was the first step on your path to success?
Eden Mann:Well, again, like I said, a lot of times, I mean, you need to.
Eden Mann:You need to fail a lot of times to go on to success.
Eden Mann:I still don't think I want to be.
Eden Mann:I still think I have a lot to do.
Eden Mann:I think making, you know, generating a couple million dollars isn't the end goal and shouldn't be for anyone.
Eden Mann:It's fun, it's cool, but it isn't the end goal.
Eden Mann:I think the first step, again, always changing your mind.
Eden Mann:It's always going to be changing the way you think about yourself.
Eden Mann:If you want to, you know, let's say you want to quit doing.
Eden Mann:If you think of yourself as a drink, you might get to day 24, day 12, but you still alcoholic.
Speaker E:Right?
Eden Mann:You still.
Eden Mann:You still see yourself as someone who drinks.
Eden Mann:So if you want to change this, you know, you.
Eden Mann:To change how you see yourself truly in your heart, you can't just say.
Eden Mann:You can say it, but you have to actually, you know, have doubt, even in a subconscious mind.
Eden Mann:Okay.
Eden Mann:I don't do this anymore.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:And I always knew, you know, what I wanted to achieve is already out there.
Eden Mann:I already have it in a way.
Eden Mann:Time just hasn't caught up to it.
Eden Mann:Right.
Eden Mann:So I still have a lot I want to do, a lot I want to achieve.
Eden Mann:I'm nowhere near to where I want to be.
Eden Mann:I already have it in a way, because I.
Eden Mann:My time just hasn't cut.
Eden Mann:But I'm not a billionaire yet.
Eden Mann:Not a goal, but it's a cool achievement, right?
:Yeah.
Eden Mann:You know, it's.
Eden Mann:It's like time hasn't caught up yet.
Eden Mann:So if you truly believe whatever your goal is, you'll achieve, which you should be outside of just money and wealth, a.
Eden Mann:Think of it as already done.
Speaker D:Amen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau:Yeah.
Eden Mann:You're just gonna come.
Eden Mann:So don't.
Eden Mann:I don't like to worry.
Eden Mann:You know, a lot of people, they worry all the time.
Eden Mann:I don't like the act of worrying.
Eden Mann:I think, yeah, it's.
Eden Mann:I don't think it's.
Eden Mann:It's good because I Think if you have, if you know what you vote and you know what you want to get to, of course you're going to have tests.
Eden Mann:It's going to happen, right, no matter who you are.
Eden Mann:So what are you, are you, are you sorry for yourself that you, that you're getting tested?
Eden Mann:You should be happy that you get tested, have a chance to level up.
Eden Mann:So, yeah, I mean, I mean, you should never worry, you should always rely, you should always know things already planned out.
Eden Mann:Okay.
Eden Mann:And, and you just need to position yourself well, work hard and go towards your mission, towards your vision and you'll do just fine.
Speaker D:Amen.
:What type of person or company are you looking to work with?
:I mean, surely this is not, hey, we take everybody type of mentality, right?
Eden Mann:Yeah, absolutely.
Eden Mann:I mean, we mainly look for personal brands.
Eden Mann:We mainly look for people who have work, growing individually, I think, you know, if you, if you look at prime as an example, I don't endorse them at all, but they're all over the place nowadays, right.
Eden Mann:If you look at prime versus Gatorade, I'm not sure about the numbers, but I've heard Prime did $1.2 billion in a year and Gateway, maybe around 400 million.
Eden Mann:Gatorade has been here for much longer, much longer time crime has been for a couple of years.
Eden Mann:The reason he, they are doing much better is because they're using, in a way, they're, they're using influential, you know, influencers to market their products and people actually connect with our people, resonate with those people.
Speaker E:Right?
Eden Mann:And this is why a lot of kids are now going and buying prime, which I do not endorse.
Eden Mann:I don't know what's in there.
Eden Mann:Know the best drink is always water, but yeah, there's going to be a lot of people who now go and buy it and they all.
Eden Mann:Which is why they're making billions of dollars, Right?
Eden Mann:So we're looking for personal brands, we're looking for, we don't act, we look for people most of the time.
Eden Mann:As of right now, people come to us.
Eden Mann:Most of our clients are from word of mouth, either from past clients, connections, whatever.
Eden Mann:Yeah, I mean, I mean, we look for people we can grow, we look for products and, you know, stuff we really believe in.
Speaker E:Right.
Eden Mann:A mission we really believe in.
Eden Mann:And from that a.
Eden Mann:The head, whoever is the face of it, they need to be a face of it.
Eden Mann:Someone we can resonate with, someone we like, someone we can bring very far.
Speaker E:Right?
Eden Mann:You don't need to have, you know, you see all of these Influencers, millions of millions of followers.
Eden Mann:They don't even know how to monetize it.
Eden Mann: followers,: Eden Mann:They have to work a job because they don't know how to monetize it.
Eden Mann:You know, gaining attention is, is easy.
Eden Mann:You have to actually monetize it.
Eden Mann:That's the hard part.
Eden Mann:Which people don't, you know, many people don't understand.
Eden Mann:They make, you know, a lot of it, gets a lot of followers and you know how to monetize it.
Eden Mann:So most important, always character.
Eden Mann:How would the character of the people?
Eden Mann:How's the product itself?
Eden Mann:Is it something I would buy if I'm the, you know, target, whatever customer?
Eden Mann:And is it something which actually helps people?
Eden Mann:Is it something we believe in?
Eden Mann:Right from there, if those are met, it's pretty easy to move forward.
Speaker D:Amen.
Speaker D:Amen.
