From the 2023 Discipleship Catholic Youth Conference (DCYC) Speaker, Angela Vivar, talks to students about mental health, therapy, and ways to strive toward the Lord as a young person.

Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and Spanish from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s in Education in School Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma.
