Eleanor is in the house. Hi, Eleanor.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Hello, Deanne. I'm so happy to be here today.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Oh, I can feel your joy radiating through the technology that we're using today. So I'm so so excited to feel that you know you and I have known each other, I guess, a couple of years now, and you know, when we first met, you know, you were going through some stuff and struggling to kind of figure out, well, what does it look like for me to do the work I'm meant to do? And I would love for the audience to just kind of get a bit of a snapshot like now they know that you're, you know, you're helping, you know, high achievers and really powerful people to step into their purpose and their path. But how did you figure that out? What was your journey in terms of who you are today? Because I think you've got some pretty powerful stories.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Yeah, I guess the gift is in the journey, actually, you know, and you end up figuring this out when you step up and you see the journey, but when you're in it sometimes, and I know that because we've been exchanging a lot about it, it's another story. So actually, as you said when I met you, I was going through some pretty hard stuff. I had just, you know, created my coaching company. I had transitioned from a corporate job for the for luxury company, and I was so enthusiastic about bringing my gift to the world and growing this coaching company. And at some point, I ended up completely lost in an overwhelm, in the loop of overwhelm, you know? And so I started questioning what was going on, you know, having acquired all these skills, these coaching skills, and knowing how to process my emotions, and I ended up at some point, really asking myself, What am I missing? And, you know, we have to be honest, we are coaches, but we are humans. Yeah, and what makes us good coaches makes us also good coaches, because we are humans, and we can relate very authentically and with a lot of vulnerability to the journey of the people we are helping. You know, that's what makes a good coach or trainer, you know. So I was there, and I was really wondering, what would my way out in this situation be? Because I was actually wanting to develop my business, and I had acquired these business skills and coaching skills, but still, you know, I was creating more skills, and I ended up feeling less of the situation. Yeah, and so as I shared with you, you know that the story is really amazing, like one day, I remember I was just, like, totally overwhelmed, and I just started. Go for a walk. I love morning walks. I don't meditate sitting, but I love going outside in nature, and it was really at the end of the day, so it was a difference. It was just like I could not stand anymore the situation I was in, and I needed some fresh air. So I remember walking out and this question in mind, what am I missing? And I was just like desperate, looking for an answer. And at some point, after five minutes walk in nature, I have this still, small voice coming inside of me, and this question popping up like, what if I was missing nothing? Ah, oh, so that was kind of weird at first, because I was just like, what does that mean? I'm not missing anything, but I How will I figure out my way through that? And then another question pops in, what if I knew? And then I stopped really like, it was just like me having a kind of epiphany. It was just like, so counter intuitive, you know, because I had been like, looking for so many skills, trying to flying out outside of me, never ever wondering if I could have this business knowledge or this like acumen I was feeling I was missing inside of me, which was kind of weird, actually. And so that was very surprising. And I had this kind of eki Shani. And right after that, I had this image coming into my mind, the image of an onion. And, like, you know, the image of layers to be filled. And then that struck me like, you know, like lightning, like layers of condition to be peeled off. Who to get to the core? Yeah, and so then everything seemed to make so much sense. You know, I had been, initially with my corporate job, struggling my way to success. Yeah, I had then been, I wouldn't say struggling, but working out my way to becoming an amazing coach, you know, like acquiring all these skills and trying to be at the top of what I should offer. Yes, then I became an entrepreneur. And here again, you know, without really realizing it, I applied the same kind of strategy, you know, which is working, but at some point is not working anymore, which was here again, to find some new business skill. And without realizing that, the underlying assumption when you go on skill, I would say, can I call it acquisition craze? Sure, yes. Is the fact there's nothing wrong with it. The only thing is that, if you are too much into it at some point maybe, and I just say maybe, and that was at least my case, you are just forgetting that your main resource is you.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Your main resource is you. I want to, just like, bring this to the surface for people to hear this, because I think so many of us get caught up in the seeking outside of ourselves, which we talked about before on the show, but where we get almost hyper fixated of like, okay, I need to heal this part of myself, so I'm gonna see this therapist and this therapist, this therapist, and we get hyper fixated on that, or we think, okay, in order for me to be a business coach, well that means I need to have all this business acumen, like you said, and we have to acquire all of these other skills, and these other skills and these other skills, and then we don't allow ourselves to move forward, because we're just so busy trying to add to the toolbox, instead of recognizing that within us we already have these innate qualities and innate skills that we can now marry or couple with these outer skills and these outer teachings that really can make magic happen.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Yeah, you know, I love this expression because I to be pretty honest, this is what I call paralysis by analysis. Ah, yes, you know, like chronic our thinkers, you know. And the crazy thing is that it's starting from a genuine good intention, yeah, you know. And, and, as you know, my story, but it all relates back to really, like my childhood, you know. And the situation where I was brought up by, by, I would say, overachiever, like my. Um, was a professor. My dad was a super successful CEO, and, you know, I ended up, like, from a very young age, you know, I still losing my spark, because, you know, as any child, you're born, and I always had this feeling of magic within me, you know, believing that life was magic and that I like achieve or dream big or have anything I want, like I would say, I guess, any child, you know, but for me, this belonging for this at a quite young age, you know, because I just remember this situation where I skipped one grade at school, and I remember myself being seated close to my parents, because I just keep one grade, I needed to pass some IQ tests, okay, and believe it or not, but I remember myself, so I suppose I was like three and a half or four year old, you know, vividly remember myself being seated next to my my mom on the left, My dad on the right, reaching for the result of the tests, and I think at this very moment, what got ingrained in me was this belief that I needed to perform to be safe and secure. So a kind of performing anxiety and stress, I just kicked into my life. I was not aware of that. I was four year old, you know, and from then on, there would be very little room in my life for dreams and self expression. Actually, it was just like I was on a duty, you know, on the duty to perform, on a duty to meet expectation, on a duty to give my best, yeah, and also for constant external validation, you know. And so coming for just, you know, for the listeners to have a little bit of background. So coming from this starting point, this is why, without even realizing it, I need, I just kept recreating something where I needed to know more to be more Yes, yeah. And actually, it's not working this way. You don't need to know more to be more

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Brilliant. You don't.

Speaker:

You just need to be more.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Yeah, no more. Actually.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: You don't need to see more. You need to be more, to know more exactly. I love this story and this example of how it was ingrained in you to like, be perform, to have a duty to perform. And I think that a lot of our listeners can relate to this, where we feel like we have to achieve certain levels of success in order to be loved, in order to seek approval. And so many of us are looking outside of ourselves for approval. Can you speak about what you do now in understanding that you no longer feel you need external validation. Can you tell us what you did to get out of needing that? Like, was there a process, or was there just part of this awareness? Or, like, is there anything that you want to speak to about that? Because I find that so fascinating.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: So it was very iterative as a process, you know, and then after understanding the journey and me, iterating through this process, I just created a shortcut to now recreate it instantly for me and for the people I helped, you know, and actually, pretty much of all of my practice and my coaching practice is really about sharing shortcuts. You know, love it. I've had people be on a fast track, but when I say fast track, I don't mean that you need to speed up because transformation requires time. Yeah. What I just want to say is that it's my nature. I've always been like that. I like efficient things, you know. I like to cut the crap, you know, and, and I, what I noticed from my story, and you know, like, what I went through, is the fact that sometimes, and quite often, I would say more than sometimes, our brain is tricking us into believing that it has to be hard, long, complicated. Yes, to go through the blocks we have, yeah, to clear energy. And so I see some of the, you know, some of my customers are telling me, like, oh, I have all of this meditative practice, etc, etc. And I say, that's great. But what if, are you open to the idea that it would be even easier, even quicker, yeah, yeah. And I can see sometimes that it's triggering some beliefs we have inside of us, that how come this block I have been having for 1020, 30 years? You know, could buy a snap of the hands vanish. Wow. What I can tell you for sure is that the less you believe it, the less will happen. And I was the first person you know in this situation, because coming from this situation of I would say, always needing to over perform. It creating kind of chronic anxiety for me, you know, although at the beginning, I didn't even identify where I was feeling like chronic anxiety, you know, I just felt a very heavy burden on my chest, you know, was complicated for me to breathe. And from a young age, and from a front teenage, you know, because I was in the middle of the exams needed to perform. And then, you know, the same happened for me when I joined the company. It did not prevent me from having the success I had. But you know, it's just like, on the one hand, I was successful, having it all, and on the other hand, beneath the curtain, I would say, I felt like a complete fraud. And you know, it was just like, you know, two persons, which obviously is not sustainable in the long run, though. So the journey really helped me, you know, to see that actually there are easy way to do it, but the prerequisites to any transformation, I believe, is first the awareness of where you're starting from, and the reconnection to your core. And when I say the reconnection to yourself is this deep, deep, deep understanding that there's nothing to be fixed.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Love it. I love that the prerequisite to allowing us to, like, lean in and unhook some of the conditioning. And this idea of needing to be a perfectionist or a performer, that the awareness and reconnection are required in that

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Be gentle to yourself, is something I didn't learn to do. Yeah, and this is something I learned to do really late in my in my silly old life, I consider it, you know, and honestly, that's the most beautiful gift you can do to yourself. And when I say that, being kind to yourself. So I don't want to get too much into the idea of self love. Because for me, actually, if you think I always struggle with the idea of self love, you know, and I think the reason why I struggle with this idea is because here again, if you say I need to self love myself between brackets, it's just like if here again you needed to develop this skill. And actually it's the opposite. It's that you are love. You are self love, you all of that, yeah, at some point you come up struggling with that feeling not enough, etc. It's just because you put some layers on top of what you deeply are, yeah, and thinking about loving oneself this way has really helped me. You know, actually, that, like they're thinking that I can relax on my chair and that there's nothing special to do except stop. How could I say that putting this burden on my shoulders? Yeah, of you know, I should be like this or be like and here we're coming back to external validation. You know, I think one of the biggest hurdle to self love is this kind of need to to be validated externally or according to social norms. You know, yes, it's again, I call it compare and despair loop honestly, because that's really, and social media is really pushing the buttons of this compare and disparate huge manner.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: It really is, you know, I noticed other stuff people are doing out there, and right away it goes into, oh man, like, I gotta get my shit together, you know, I haven't got my TED talk out there yet, or I haven't got this out there yet. And so we kind of get caught up in that compare and despair loop, I think, quite often, just because that's the nature of the beast that we live in right now. Exactly. So you said a prerequisite to, like, really allowing us to shift this duty to perform, or this overachieving kind of seeking energy is awareness and reconnection. So once we figured out, like, Okay, I'm aware that I've got this maybe layer of conditioning around how I show up in the world, I am reconnecting with myself, then what do

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: I share with you? How to reconnect? Because, yes, that's something that's really helped me. You know, as I was telling you that I love something quick, efficient. There are many ways to do it, okay and the most, I guess, for me, in any coaching, the most important things is like we are sharing proven because they are working. We know they're working tools with our customers, but in the end, everyone. Should feel really, really should be cherry picking what's right for them, you know, like, okay, a coach will be sharing with you something, but deep inside of you here again, do you know if it's right for you or if it's not really right? And I think it's super important to be able to do that, you know, it must be flowing a coaching, you know. So of course, to go through some transformation, you will be undergoing a little discomfort. I'm not saying that no discomfort should be undergone, but I'm just saying that deep inside of you, you know, when the tool clicks for you, yeah. Or when it feels very cumbersome, you know. Or or if you feeling too much in your mind when you're using it, then just leave it, you know. And so for me, after I had this epiphany, you know, that because that's when we met, I was on much more spiritual journey. Worked on intuition, on energy to clear more blocks, and you know on the connection, because when you talk about collecting yourself, connecting means that we are energy, and you are connecting both deep inside of you and you're connecting. It's heaven on earth. You know, it's just like this connection we have. So for me, what I noticed is that anytime I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, a bit too anxious. You know, when you feel that some emotions are there and they're not too comfortable, it means 100% of the time that I am disconnected. And when I say disconnected, before being able to connect to myself, I first need to be connected to the earth and ground it. And so there are many modalities to ground yourself. You know some, most coaches will tell you that you start from your tailbone and you imagine you have a red laser beam grounding you into the core, crystalline of the earth. There are many ways. Why red? Because it's coming from the root chakra, and the color is red, okay, I would say whichever way, for me, what's working super well, you know, like grounding from from the root chakra. I don't feel it as well. Like, actually, something super important in the solar plexus, because for emotion. It's really, really linked, you know. And so I just imagine myself. It's a feeling tuning to the frequency of the earth, and it's quite quick, you know. And just I let it go, and at some point I feel something vibrating, you know. And when I feel that, I'm telling to myself, you know, I'm being fully supported. And whenever I feel that, and I tell to myself, at the same moment, I'm feeling totally supported, I I have such a relief. You know, I can feel that, you know, my shoulders are just like, really feeling like no no tension, and I'm just like in my chair, all right, there, okay, this is the first thing. Then I'm feeling supported, okay, and guided. And when I say guided, I feel that I have this connection coming from, you know, the prone chakra so on the top of my head, and I imagine this leather beam, you know, taking me to my soul stars. And once I have these two connection, then what I feel is like if it was opening up a space in my heart, in my head, and I instantly feel that now I can be connected to my inner guidance, to my authentic self. That's where I have this connection. So it's very quick. It's taking one minute, you know?

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah, it doesn't take long at all. So

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: opening up everything, and even if I do that while I'm walking on the street, yes, I immediately feel that the way I'm walking is different, like it's opening at everything, you know, no tension. I feel light. Yeah, my breath is, like, completely open. It's a game changer. And this recollection, I do it as many times a day I'm because it's fast, and the more you do it, the easier it is, you know. So that is a game changer for me.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: I love that it's so simple. And I just want to invite our audience, you know, you can incorporate layers of breath into this exercise where, again, you're imagining either from one part, like Eleanor talked about the solar plex, which is just above the belly button, just under the rib cage, and how she just allows that energy to connect with the vibration of Mother Earth. But you can also extend those energies of light, you know, the red coming out of the root chakra, the purple coming out of the crown, to extend into the galaxy, if you will, into the ether and grounding you into. Mother Earth, I know, for me as well, grounding by imagining roots coming out of my feet and just anchoring into Mother Earth, and then imagining just this opening up of, you know, above my head, like a funnel on my head, oftentimes, that also opens me up. So there's lots of ways to do that, but what you're saying here is that this aspect of reconnection is so important, and we maybe don't place the importance on it, and that is why we get overwhelmed and feel anxious and we're scattered all over the place, you know, chicken with the head cut off energy, yes, because we haven't hit or not, did it? Yeah.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Managing your time, managing your time, you know. So I'm just joking about it, but let's be honest, you know, some and we've all been there, you know, I'm feeling overwhelmed. Oh, I should get some planning skills, you know. And time management skills, of course, you cannot manage time, but anyways, you can manage your priorities. You're not going to manage time, you know, right, but okay. And then here again, you'll be in the loops, you know, in the endless loop. You know, where you're running, in the page running. It's working, you know. So, because this is going to quickly, you know. And then this is your mind starting to race. And once the mind is starting to race, the only way out of this race is connection. Because when you feel grounded, as you just described before, and I love the way you describe the modality that are working for you, we all do it the subtle and different way, even if the principle is the same, yes, when you ground, it's taking all the pressure down, just like if the all this is overwhelming, the end is an illusion.

Speaker:

Yeah, it's true. It is an illusion.

Speaker:

For me, life is a great illusion. Yeah, it's just, you know, some people say lift the vein, yeah. But the idea is that is that what we see is not what is real, you know, and also that's why I love this idea of reconnection and coming back to who you are, because it's coming back to the truth of who we are, yes, and I think that's when we forget this truth that we end up lost in all these cycles of of not Feeling enough, of imposter syndrome, of, you know, lacking leadership. Many of the women I have, you know, they come to me because we are developing their authentic leadership style. And initially they come to me and they say, No, they have some issues in the companies where that they have created, you know, sometimes to have the vision and their teams, or they feel like it's complicated for them in the corporate world with the teams they're working with, and it's always coming from the same origin. You know, it's just they're trying to be the perfect leader, but lying, abiding by some rules of the game that some experts work for them, but they're not relevant this rule of the games, because we are all different, and you could be a complete introvert and have an amazing charisma while being introverted, if and only if you are aligned. And when I say aligned, it means connected to you, and so connected to your values, because then your energy is different, then it's tragic, then you're speaking your truth. And guess what? We all energy so people can feel it, and they would be drawn to you for who you are, so there will be no mismatch. You know, the problem that we have in our societies, you know, and maybe that's why, also, feminine leadership should be tackled differently, you know, is the fact that as women, we've been trying to succeed like men, using the rules of the game. So now it's changing. But for for decades, you know, it's been like that. It was a privilege for women to be within big companies and to being within comics, etc, you know. So the rules of the game, the male rules of the game were more left brain plan, and so we had to live in the wardrobe, our intuition, our vulnerability, please know, put your suit on and shut up and go for it right. And now, women that have succeeded want more, so they don't want success. They want self actualization. They want fulfillment. Yes, because what's the point of succeeding? If you feel like you're torn apart exactly, you're showing something to the world, but deep inside, you're cooking with anxiety and imposter syndrome.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yes, and I've been there. We've all been there at some point, right? Yeah, haven't we? I love this, so now we're reconnected. And you talked about discernment too, of like being able to know the truth within ourselves and to make decisions. From our discernment that feel most aligned and most enriched for us, and I think that's an important part of this for all of us, is that being able to trust in ourselves and believe in ourselves to have the answers. So what is the next step for us once we've been made aware of it, now we've reconnected, and now we're moving forward in whatever way. What are the next steps for us in that process?

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: So I love the next step. That's my favorite one. Actually, I love all of them, actually, but so call it as you want, you know. And here comes the idea of flow and of manifestation. Actually, you know, it's Once you're connected. Especially there are two ways to do things in life. You know, as I said, before you can decide, plan with your mind, right? It's proven method. It's working. It's limited. You will never have the broader vision. You will never have the amazing ideas. You will never have these crazy synchronicities, this flowy feeling if you're just operating only from your mind. Yes. And the big advantage of operating by being connected, so operating from your heart, when you say from your heart, means from your intuition, yeah, yeah. So we put it in the heart. But here again, everyone has a different way to be connected to their intuition. Some people say it's in my guts. Honestly, for me, it's in my guts. I have a gut feeling. I feel it's right, it's not right. It's in my belly, honestly, in my stomach, you know, yeah, whichever way here again, there's no one rule, you know, and if you're feeling it, it's an education, learning to be connected to one's intuition. But I want to say something to the listeners, we are all intuitive, yes, and I heard it so many times with some, you know, some customers telling me, but you are very intuitive. But how do I do that? And you are a super teacher of learning how to use and tune into the intuition. And I guess you are not going to contradict this, the fact that it's a muscle, some people have this gift, very tuned from an early age. But if it's not the case for you, it's just here again. It's about opening up the channel to be receiving the information, and so the prerequisite is to be collected and to be just listening. It's very fun, because very often, you know when I love talking about intuition and manifestation, and so some customers will be telling me, but okay, I'm meditating, and so I'm just asking for the answer, and it's not coming. It's not just ask and receive, just like you're going to have the full download straight away. No, it's ask consistently and you will receive, and believe you will receive. And then yes, the most important second belief Yes,because if you ask and you are not so comfortable and you're just like, I might receive the answer, you are blocking the channel. Okay, so that's also, and that's, I think, also one of the main blocks to manifesting. You know that people are having all these vision boards, amazing vision boards, etc, but they end up feeling not so at ease with the idea that this amazing, huge, big vision is accessible to them. And so what you're doing, when you're doing, when you're doing that, it's just like, if you know that intuition and all the downloads to manifest in your big vision are just given to you ask and it is given chaos. So if you're putting some clutter in the channel supposed to receive the information. It's just like, if you're trying to put a fire, and the chimney is, is just like, so dirty, it's not working, you know, yeah. And I think that's and so self doubt is a big, big, big, big, big factor of flattering the chimney, I would say, Yes. And your blocks, you know, your mental blocks, are also so, so, you know, it's pretty easy. I think nothing is complicated, you know, it's just a matter of understanding the image. And when you understand how it's working, anyone can have this breakthrough and this transformation, you know,

Rev. Rose Hope: ah, I love that. Intuition is the next step, because I think this, there's such potency in this. And like you said, we all have it, you know, some of us are more skilled, just like some of us are more skilled at singing, and others, we have to practice at singing, you know. But we can all sing, right? We can all sing to some degree. So intuition works very much the same way if we're. Willing to believe in the power of it. If we're willing to make sure that the clutter is not, you know, blocking the channel, we will receive that insight. And here's the thing I want to I want to just remind the audience that when you get insight, by the way, sometimes it doesn't show up as like the Epiphany, sometimes it's more subtle. Would you agree Eleanor that sometimes it's like, yeah, sometimes it is just a nudge, sometimes it is just a little whisper.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: yeah, you know, for me, it happens to me all the time when I went to the shower, so I'm not having a huge download, like, you know, no, but. But then I realized, you know, I have this idea coming in my mind. I don't know where it came from, and it's just so spot and so, wow, you know. And that happens this way, and I get, for me timing end of the shower, just because maybe it's a reconnection moment with my body, you know. And never forget that, you know, I mean the vessel to channel all of that is our body. That's why it's so important to be grounded also, you know, because something like, I don't know if all, all of the listeners are familiar with the chakra, but the idea really is that, you know, you've got the crown chakra on top till the root chakra that is anchoring us, you know. And actually, if you want to manifest anything, a dream, a vision, whatever you want to manifest, it's going to come the download to the Crown Chakra. But you're never going to manifest in real life, in real 3d world, if it's not coming down to the chakra that are grounding you on earth so that you can take action, yes, to actualize all the information and the download you receive, you know? And I feel it's sometimes frustrating, and I really want to share this with the listeners, because most people sometimes that they make two quick conclusions. They say, I don't have intuition, etc, etc. As you just said, it's not that they don't have is that they don't take time to listen enough, or the still small voice I spoke to them, they disregarded it because it was not the big reason coming in

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Exactly, you know, yeah, it's so true. You know, I often make jokes like, you know, when we ask for a sign about something, and then we're like, no, that's not a good enough sign. I need a sign here. Sign, you know, it's like, if we're saying, Okay, God, give me the sign of a golden eagle flying over. And we're in looking in the sky for the Golden Eagle, and then we look down, only to realize that the person standing next to us has a golden eagle tattooed on their arm. You know what I mean? Like, it comes in different forms. It's not always this, like, oh, angels singing where it's like, bam, here's the idea. Like you said, it can come very subtly. It could come in gentle noises. This is how Spirit calls us, everybody. And sometimes it's in our face, because we need it in our face, and other times it's more subtle. Our job is to believe that the information that we need is accessible, is there for us, and it will show itself to us at the perfect place, at the perfect time, if we're willing to be open to receiving it.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: But I never seen much, yeah, no, because I just want to share it so that people realize sometimes that they're putting all these hurdles in front of the house. No, because they they don't realize what they're doing. Okay, if you go to Starbucks and you're asking for a coffee, if you go to the restaurant and you're ordering a dish while you're waiting, are you feeling like, oh my gosh, I don't need my coffee, or my dish is going to come. I'm so I'm feeling so much anxiety that it might not come. No, you're just ordering it. It's going to come, you know, if you start ordering it, and because you doubt that it might be coming. Oh, no, sorry, I'm going to change. I don't want a latte. I want a moccasin. Oh, no, excuse me. I It's never gonna come. And that's what all of us keep doing. You know, when we are not trusting beautiful, we start putting the order, oh, this is my big dream. Then the universe is starting to send to us these little nudges, but we disregard them because we are so obsessed by this old and if it might not come so we are not able to receive, yes, and here's the problem, you know, and I think that's, that's, that's one of the main things, is it's not a question of being patient, just a matter at some point, of realizing and and I think for me, what happened a lot when I was a baby manifester, you know, as I told you, I always believed in magic, and deep inside of me, it was really rooted this idea that we are creators and that we have this amazing powers and ability. Still, I did end up 100% caught in the self doubt. Trap, and what really helped me was to get more into quantum physics and the deep knowledge of quantum physics that unlocks everything follows, you know, because in quantum physics, there is an explanation, and I just want to share it, because I hope it will really help many of the listeners that are maybe struggling a bit, you know, with their manifestation, they're struggling with this certainty, you know, because I mean manifestation one on one. Everyone would tell you, you need to feel it before you see it. But when you are doubting, you have speed it before you see it, and you do one step in front, one step behind, one step on the right, one step on the left. You don't move in the end. Okay, so quantum physics, there is an experiment that was made. It's called, I am trying to make it simple. It's called the double slit experiment. And the idea was that there was some light that was projected through, and it was just there were two slits in a block of metal. And so, of course, they were expecting to see two rays of light on the wall behind the metal with the slit. And actually, when there was an observer in the room, they would get this. It was making a lot of sense, because they were expecting the light to be photon particles, so they could not go through the metal. They would go only through the slits. But whenever you were taking an observer out of the room, on the wall, you would not have these two luminous parts, but you would have some waves in all over the world, and So, long story short, the difference was explained by the fact that when you were putting an observer in the room, the fact that his consciousness was expecting to see only two rays of light on the wall. The wave function of the light would collapse into a particle into the photo, and so it would give that and whenever there was no consciousness observing the experiment, well it was a wave at the beginning the light, and it would end up as a wave all over the world. Wow. This just to say how powerful we are, and so it's just a matter of, how are we observing our manifestation? If we observe them, knowing that if we observe them, they would come to fruition the way we observe them, there's no room for self doubt, because we know we have this power. And that helped me a lot, because then I could really run into this certainty, of Of course, it's going to happen, because I'm the one putting my consciousness and collapsing the wave function into a particle, you know.

Speaker:

Brilliant.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: I love this opening up of this perspective, because we really are so incredibly powerful folks. I mean, it is incredible what we're capable of doing. And so this idea of recognizing that we have so much power, in fact, we can witness that light coming through the way we think it's going to come through, instead of the way it actually does come through. So we actually can observe differently than how it actually is showing up, and it's such a wonderful reminder of our perception and our ability to shift our perception about what is really happening and what we can create out there. So thank you for really driving that point home, because I really want everyone listening to leave here with the knowledge and the wisdom that they can do anything, that they're capable of attracting everything that it is that they feel like they're lacking right now, they actually can have it, and in fact, it already exists in some way, we just need to adjust our lens to be able to see it exactly. And we can know with these steps of awareness, reconnection and intuition, you want to add something to that.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Yeah, just to say that, to sum it up, I love walking on two sheets. One sheet, is the rational scientific evidence? Because behind all what you described Diane, that you can approach it from a very spiritual standpoint, yeah. And for some people, it's going to be a bit more complicated. And then the little nudge and help, you know? And if you go and see it from a quantum field perspective, where everything is energy and waves are collapsing in particle it's another way to see and overall in my coaching approach, that's what I love, and that's how I blend things. You know, when I work with female entrepreneurs or female having a corporate position, you know, it's the same, like they. They've all they're all coming from the left brain universe. Why are you planning? As we discussed before, you know, I'm reconciliating them and showing them how powerful they are to use their right brain intuition and also access their emotions and their ability, all of that. You know, in the end, I'm not telling them walk only on the right feet or only on your left feet. You need less of them, you know. And what makes the difference in your leadership style is how you blend them a very unique and specific way.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yes, I think, Oh, we're so magical. We're so potent, and I love that you're allowing us to just honor both of these sides of who we are as human beings, and allow us to blend and find our own magic. You know, you guys heard Eleanor speak several times, and she says, you know, you get to cherry pick. You get to see what feels most resonant, what feels best for you, and so if something she shared with you resonated for you. She's got a special gift and stir. Do you want to tell them what you have as your offer today?

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Yeah, I'd be happy to to gift the listeners who would like to know more and nighting coaching sessions so that we can explore together. You know how they can reconnect to their authentic selves and pump up, you know, all their gifts and their power, so that they can unlock when they have inside of them. Because for me, the most beautiful gift we can be given in life is just to have this success, to this gold mine we have inside of us. A gold mine.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah, start mining our gold. Yeah.

Speaker:

Eléonore Vasseur: Because it's this gold is not getting to any depletion, never, ever, because it's always replenished. Who's false? So there's no problem.

Speaker:

Rev. Rose Hope: Well, listen for all of you that are listening to this podcast, I'm going to encourage you to go mining for gold within yourself with Eleanor, she'll take you to that special place. This has been such a treat for us to spend this time together. Eleanor, I've loved it, and I it's so beautiful. You know, hearing about this walk you went on, and then these, just these little insights that actually packed a lot of punch, you know, what you were asking, the question, What am I missing? And then at the end, you realize I'm not missing anything. I've got everything here. And I think that's such a brilliant, beautiful reminder from spirit. And I'm so glad spirit called you in that way so that you could be here with us and sharing all of your incredible wisdom that you have within you. So thank you so much for being here, and thank you everyone for tuning in to another edition. Can't wait to share in this space with you again. And so until next time, let spirit call you. Bye.
