Michele Ong (micheleong.com, IG: @itsmicheleong) is a founder, creative technologist, and podcaster who believes that innovation thrives in the liminal spaces where diversity of culture, experience, and disciplines intersect. She is an advocate for both women in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine) and the importance of the Arts and humanity in these fields. Her podcasts, including STEAM Powered, serve as platforms for amplifying individuals and underrepresented narratives, embodying her dedication to building a more innovative, equitable, and resilient future for generations to come.

Amelia Travers (avidresearch.com.au, IG: @amaltr42) is a storyteller, avid tinkerer, and an enthusiast for connection in the tech and science communities. As the founder of Avid Research and Traverse Maps, and co-host of NepoPod, she has carved out unique platforms that celebrate and elevate diverse Australian STEM careers, as well as personal and community projects including #SciCommSeptember. Her work is at the intersection of technology, art, and social engagement, where she uses podcasts and cartographic art to weave together narratives that highlight the interconnectedness of our journeys.
