She may be in her rookie season as a pro long-course triathlete, but Lydia Russell is already throwing down impressive performances, including the win over a top-tier field at Happy Valley 70.3.

Most impressive? She's relatively new to the sport of triathlon and admittedly still has a lot of questions!

Today, Katie, Joanne, and Kelly chat with Lydia about her launch into triathlon (from getting injured while running in college), moving up through NCAA tri as a short-course athlete, and then moving to long-course racing just at the start of this year!
