Humility and Servant Leadership
Humility and servant leadership are central to godly behavior in the workplace. Philippians 2:3-4 teaches, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." This passage urges us to adopt a humble attitude and prioritize the needs of others.
Humility involves recognizing our own limitations and valuing others’ contributions.
Servant leadership takes humility a step further. It involves leading by example, serving others, and putting their needs before our own.
