God Speaks To Us NOW!

“Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual." (1 Cor. 2:13, KJV)

Warren Litzman starts off here by explaining that there have been five dispensations in the plan of God. This 5th dispensation that we are currently living in is the Dispensation of Grace. This time of grace has been going on since Christ's death, burial, and resurrection and will continue right up to the rapture where we’ll meet Christ in the air. 

In this Dispensation of Grace, God raised up ONLY Paul to reveal His plan to us, that of placing Christ in every believer. In 1 Corinthians 2:13 , Paul tells us that the words he speaks are not from any man, but revealed to him and to us through the Holy Spirit. 

The Holy Spirit reveals to us Christ. By Christ living IN us, “He has been made unto us wisdom” (1 Cor. 1:30 KJV). He is our wisdom. 

No man is our wisdom. 

Paul is the apostle of NOW. Christ spoke to him directly and Paul is telling us through his epistles that, as believers, the Holy Spirit of God is speaking to us, too. NOW!

He’s revealing Christ IN us, and as we stick to Paul’s epistles, the Holy Spirit will continue to reveal to us “the things that are freely given to us by God”  (1 Cor. 2:12, KJV). 

In this Dispensation of Grace, God wants us to know!
