Shownotes
The record low interest rates are great news for borrowers but not so much for investors and savers. Investors are now examining all investment options with the aim of achieving a return somewhat greater than a term deposit of around 1.7% for one, two or three years. Unlisted direct property funds, generally at the lower end of the risk and return scale, make a compelling investment case.
