Where do you find your gratitude?
For Shonette gratitude feels like a platitude. It’s far easier to find gratitude when you’ve got a set time to look for it. But where on earth do you find gratitude if you are in the middle of a lemon sucker onslaught?
Maybe it’s time to take gratitude and turn it in to appreciation. It’s far deeper than simply saying thank you or I am grateful. And let’s start with you. What do you appreciate about yourself? And do you show appreciation to others?
