You should totally NOT be afraid of things that have no effect on your life. You probably shouldn't even be afraid of many of the things that DO have an effect on your life. Simply design your life the way you want to live, and let go of everything else.
How To Deal With FEAR
I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about FEAR.
FEAR of another lock down, or FEAR of the new “DELTA” variant, I’m afraid of this, what If this happens.
Life is full of things to be afraid of.
You don’thave to be afraid, or live in a constant state of FEAR.
Fear makes us do some goofy things, ya, know like buying 413 rolls of toilet paper and ½ pound of ham.
If you want to STOP being afraid or at least be able to function when chaos and FEAR confront you.
The easiest thing you can do is become AWARE and PREPARE.
So, lets take a look at FEAR what it is, where it comes from and how you can learn to dance with it using some pretty cool exercises that I myself use to control anxiety or FEAR.
