Soulwork for the Week

Theme: Moon Magic & Emotional Alignment

1. Build or Refresh Your Altar

Choose ONE spot in your home and convert it into sacred space.

2. Add the Five Elements

Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit.

3. Perform the Activation Spell

Use the step-by-step spell.

4. Daily Anchor

Each morning, place your hand over the altar and say:

“Within this space, I am grounded, guided, and aligned.”

5. Journal Prompt

“How does my energy shift when I sit at my altar?”

Your First True Altar Activation Spell

BEGINNING — Purpose + Preparation

Purpose:

To activate your altar and charge it with grounding, clarity, protection, and intuitive connection.

Best Time:

Evening (sunset to midnight)

Best Day:

Monday (intuition + connection)

Moon Phase:

Waxing (energy building)

Ingredients:

Candle (Fire)
Selenite (Spirit + cleansing)
Crystal of your choice (Earth)
Small pinch of herb (Air)
Drop of Moon Water (Water)

Why these ingredients?

Selenite raises vibration and opens your channel.
Herbs amplify intention
Crystals hold memory
Fire transforms energy
Water seals emotional intent

MIDDLE — Action + Incantation

Place all five elements on your altar.

Hold your crystal in your projective hand and charge it by visualizing your energy pouring into it.

Anoint the candle with moon water by starting in the middle and stroking upward nine times.

Then, return to the middle and stroke downward nine times.

Never move up and down in one continuous motion.

Light the candle.

Say in the present tense:

“My altar awakens now.

I call in clarity, safety, and truth.

My home is sacred.

My spirit is steady.

My magic is alive.

This space is aligned, protected, and empowered.”

Sit for one minute with your hands hovering over the altar.

Visualize a soft white glow expanding outward.

END — Restate + Protect + What to Do With Remains

Say:

“This altar stands in light.

This space holds my truth.

My energy is protected, guided, and strong.”

Let the candle burn for nine minutes — then snuff it (never blow).

If any herbs or wax remain, bury them to ground the energy into earth.

Spell complete.
