In August of 2020 Dan and his wife, Sandy, sold their home and their business to start a new chapter. They bought an RV and have been traveling the country ever since experiencing new places and volunteering where aid is needed. They have met a lot of interesting people along the way and Dan loves giving them space to share their stories on his podcast, Journey of My Mother's Son.
