How has winter been treating you? I’m Dan Hansen and this is a Minute at RepcoLite.
I’ll be honest. My family and I are a little twitchy. I think winter is winning. Either that or we’re just all becoming jerks. It’s crazy. We sit around the table and everything seems fine until someone asks someone else to pass the ketchup, but uses a tone. I hope you know what I mean, but really, I’m not even sure what I mean. I just know I’m sitting at the table eating a hot dog and suddenly, one kid is crying and another is saying “I DIDN’T use a TONE. I just asked for the ketchup.”
Or we’ll go play a game and everyone’s laughing and having fun. Until they’re not. Which usually happens about 4 minutes into playing. Someone used a tone and someone didn’t like it.
What’s happened? These people were all sane a few weeks ago. Now, we’re like caged animals. It’s got to be winter. I think we’re one heavy snow away from becoming the Donner Party. At least figuratively. Next time, we’ll get to the paint point. I’m Dan Hansen and that’s a Minute at Repcolite.
