A New Tanya class By Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz Tanya Igeret Hatshuva Chapter 6 Tesuvah = We have the power to take G-D out of exile. In the times of the Temple we received our life force from the Name Yud Heh Vov Heh as such if someone sinned they disconnected from their source & would G-D Forbid Die. However now in Golus that the Shechina is in exile. As the verse says ובפשעיכם שולחה אמכם that the Shechina is in the Ten Sefirot of Noga so the sinner is able to receive life force from the ten sefirot of Noga like all animals as the verse says נמשל כבהמות נדמו. The Shechina goes even lower as the Zohar says that one sins in Action, Speech or thought he receives energy from the סטרא אחרא. We have freedom of choice where we want to receive our life force. Holiness or G-D forbid the opposite of holiness. ( Sitra Achra receives its life force thru Noga) When we chose to Sin we draw down the source of our energy the last ה of Hashems name into Sitra Achra as the verse says יעקב חבל נחלתו when you pull down on your part of the string you lower the other end automatically & since we draw it down we receive priority in the distribution of the energy. As such even though wicked people live a great life we don’t want it as it comes from the Shechina in Golus. When one does Teshuva one returns the Heh to its source this is the lower level of Teshuva returning the last Heh of Hashem Name hence the name Teshuvah Tashuv-H When we go out of Galus Hashem goes out of Galus.
