Staying with one company used to feel like the safest path to a successful career. But some reports suggest workers who change jobs every few years may earn significantly more over their lifetime than employees who remain loyal.
Salary is not the only thing that matters. Stability, benefits, purpose, and relationships all carry value too. But when does loyalty become wisdom, and when does it keep us from taking an honest look at what our work is worth?
Scripture (ESV): Proverbs 14:15 – “The simple believes everything, but the prudent gives thought to his steps.”
