In this episode on the Health After 30 Podcast, I share the concept of feel-good weight and how it differs from traditional weight loss.
I want to encourage women, just like you to ask yourself:
- Why do you really want to lose weight?
- How do you currently feel about yourself?
I want to challenge you to think about whether losing weight will make you happy, or is it more important to be content and enjoy where you are before taking action?
I will also explore the physical and metaphysical aspects of feeling good, including hormones, nutrition, beliefs, and self-perception.
Ultimately my goal is to help women feel confident and good in their bodies by making small shifts in their daily lives.
