In this episode he contrasts the Soviet Union’s military motivation technique during WW2 with the motivation technique of Great Britain in WW1 and WW2. Spoiler alert: Eric is not impressed with either of them. And then he contrasts both of these methods (which both proved effective in an earthly sense) with the motivation pattern of the Kingdom of Heaven. The Conclusion: God really does understand the idea of human motivation.
