Our guest on the podcast this week is Sumi Krishnan. Sumi is a 15-Year Veteran in Business, a Harvard graduate and the Founder of 8-figure consulting firm, K4 Solutions, Inc. She has been named Inc. Magazine’s “30 under 30,” and her company has ranked 4 times on INC 500’s list of “Fastest Growing Companies.” She has managed large-scale public programs for agencies from TSA to HHS yet has also helped Stay-at-Home-Moms get fit as the owner of a CrossFit gym. Combining her expertise in business, fitness, public policy and overall lifestyle design-- she’s currently launching a new, democracy-focused startup called POPtivism that takes a stand for the AND, by empowering entrepreneurs, artists and activists to live their best life WHILE coming together to save American democracy.

Listen in as Sumi shares her life journey from being an immigrant, not fitting in anywhere to creating a multi-million dollar government consulting company out of Washington DC, to embracing her creative spirit and use her influence for social change. Sumi has a deep passion for our world (which is contagious), and a deeply rooted commitment to create meaningful change, you will hear her share so beautifully the cost of blindly climbing the success ladder with her consulting business and how she liberated herself to listen to her calling and create a more fulfilling life. This conversation was rich, vibrant and deeply resonant for me, as you will find when you listen just being in Sumi’s presence is uplifting. Enjoy!
