There are three big mistakes team leaders often make when it comes to hiring. The first is that they have no strong value proposition outside of providing leads, so they can’t attract quality talent. Second, they dismiss team culture or fail to weave it into recruiting and accountability. Third, they lack a system for hiring, which means they can’t recruit in a predictable and organized manner. Addressing these gaps is important for the health and success of any team.
