Coach Eric Rupp is the Head Coach of the Lancaster Legends Football Team in WNY. Coach Rupp has led the Legends to four straight sectional championships and has taken his team to the state finals. Coaches discussed with Eric and Justin his time growing up and playing football, his mentors from his Dad to his former coaches, how building a program at Lancaster has been a transformational opportunity, and his strategy for finding balance with a young family. Coach Rupp uses the E + R = O model to help his kids build character and learn perseverance. So many great insights, we hope you enjoy! We would live for you to rate, share, and follow!!!!
