Shownotes

After several powerful conversations about healing in community and care for the caregiver, this episode offers something simple and restorative: a guided practice to help you return to congruence — the place where your body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit move back into harmony. If you spend your days supporting others, this episode is a moment to pause, reconnect with yourself, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

What You’ll Hear:

  1. What congruence really means in the deeper Satir Model sense
  2. Why helpers and caregivers often drift away from their own centre
  3. A gentle guided practice to reconnect with your inner presence
  4. How returning to yourself allows connection with others to flow more naturally
  5. Why congruence isn’t something we achieve once — but something we return to
