Who is Sarah Guest?
Sarah Guest – Somatic, educator and Movement Practitioner
Founder of Love Somatics.
Sarah’s journey into somatics began after experiencing chronic back and sciatica pain for three years. Sarah, who previously worked as a croupier in casinos and later became a neuromuscular physical therapist and Pilates instructor, discovered somatics through a flyer at a local café. After attending a workshop and having a one-to-one session with Align Somatics, Sarah found the science behind muscle control by the brain particularly compelling and eventually became pain-free through regular somatic practice.
She helps people gently move out of chronic pain, tension, and stress by reconnecting with their body. Through slow, mindful movement and nervous system awareness, she supports people to feel calmer, freer, and more at ease in everyday life.

What if pain isn’t something to fix—but something to listen to?
