Shownotes

In today’s episode, I’m addressing the elephant in the room — why the hell I chose to name this podcast The Intuition Vigilante Podcast and what that identity actually means.

I break down the real definitions behind intuition and vigilante, what these words feel like in my body and what they mean for women and mothers who are done living by man-made rules, systems, narratives, and the motherfucking matrix.

I talk about intuition as the voice of the divine — the way God/Source/Creator speaks through us. I share why I believe following that inner knowing is how you fulfill your mission on this planet… and why most women don’t trust that voice yet.

This episode is your first look into my thought process, my mission, and the identity I’m here to help you birth — the identity of the Intuition Vigilante, the woman who listens to divine guidance and actually acts on it, even when it's scary as hell.

Speaker A:

Okay, so for today's episode, I want to address the elephant in the room and.

Speaker A:

Or the curiosity that you might be thinking about why I chose to title this podcast the Intuition Vigilante Podcast.

Speaker A:

What the fuck does Intuition Vigilante even mean?

Speaker A:

And maybe you're even a little turned off by the name or triggered by it.

Speaker A:

That is.

Speaker A:

Okay, I am going to tell you my thought process here, and I will also preface this by saying, like, this isn't something that I chose, because it's.

Speaker A:

Well, let me say this.

Speaker A:

I don't think that I actually chose this.

Speaker A:

I think this chose me.

Speaker A:

This Persona, this identity, this, like, alter ego, this version of myself.

Speaker A:

Like, it just dropped in and chose me, which is, duh.

Speaker A:

Like, that's like the epitome of what it even is.

Speaker A:

It just dropped in.

Speaker A:

I felt it in my body when I said it out loud.

Speaker A:

And I was like, oh, my God, that's me.

Speaker A:

That's what I want for women, for mothers.

Speaker A:

Like, I didn't just choose some trendy name or some trendy title or this sounds triggering, or this is going to be spicy.

Speaker A:

Like, that's not what happened.

Speaker A:

It was very much like, oh, my God, I feel this in my body, which is everything.

Speaker A:

Which is everything.

Speaker A:

Okay, so I'm going to break this down for you guys, and I want to start with some dictionary definitions just to, like, get on the same page here.

Speaker A:

So the definite, like the Google is telling me because.

Speaker A:

Because, you know, we go to our trusty friend.

Speaker A:

Intuition is the ability to understand something immediately without conscious reasoning, often perceived as a gut feeling or instinct.

Speaker A:

Okay, I believe that that gut feeling, that instinct, that understanding of something that without conscious reasoning is the voice of the divine.

Speaker A:

Is the voice of God speaking through you and to you is the voice of Creator, universe, source, whatever you call it, him, it, she, whatever it is the higher power coming through you and giving you information that you are supposed to follow in order to follow God's plan.

Speaker A:

Follow your soul contract, follow your divine purpose.

Speaker A:

All of those things are the same to me.

Speaker A:

Divine purpose, soul contract, God's plan.

Speaker A:

To me, it's the same thing with different titles, different ways to say the same thing.

Speaker A:

That's my belief.

Speaker A:

You don't have to believe, like, agree with me on everything that I'm saying here.

Speaker A:

But this is.

Speaker A:

This is the basis for where I'm coming from.

Speaker A:

And I just want you guys to have, like, a general understanding of where I'm coming from as we move forward, because this is kind of gonna set the tone on the foundation for like other things that we talk about and it's gonna make other things that we talk about make more sense.

Speaker A:

So for me, that inner knowing is not coming from me.

Speaker A:

It is coming from a higher source.

Speaker A:

It is coming from a bigger overarching power that knows my purpose.

Speaker A:

Not just my purpose, like this version of me as a human right now, but like my soul's purpose.

Speaker A:

Like, my soul came into this body during this time for this specific reason.

Speaker A:

And in order to carry that out, I have to make certain decisions.

Speaker A:

And my inner knowing, my intuition is, is guiding me towards and down that path to fulfill that mission.

Speaker A:

Hopefully that makes sense.

Speaker A:

That's when I say intuition.

Speaker A:

That's what I'm talking about.

Speaker A:

I am not just talking about, oh, I got a gut feeling that I should, I don't know, buy the blue dress, not the red dress.

Speaker A:

Like, I'm not talking about that.

Speaker A:

I'm talking about like, like, yes, we do follow our intuition on small decisions, but we also follow our intuition on large decisions.

Speaker A:

And I believe that our intuition is always guiding us towards that bigger picture soul mission.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

And the voice that is guiding us is the voice of the divine coming through us via way of our intuition.

Speaker A:

Okay, hopefully that makes sense.

Speaker A:

With that, now to move on to vigilante, because this word is triggering.

Speaker A:

I have had multiple people now tell me, I don't love that word.

Speaker A:

I don't like that you're using that word.

Speaker A:

This is what it makes me think of.

Speaker A:

This is what it means to me.

Speaker A:

And I'm like, okay, that's great, great, thank you for that feedback.

Speaker A:

That's not what it means to me when I use it in combination with intuition.

Speaker A:

And I use it as an identity, as a Persona, as a alter ego type of version of myself.

Speaker A:

A version, an identity that I want women, mothers to step into.

Speaker A:

So the dictionary definition is a member of a volunteer committee organized to suppress and punish crime.

Speaker A:

I can't say that word as when the processes of law are viewed as inadequate.

Speaker A:

Okay, here's another definition.

Speaker A:

Self appointed doer of justice, a member of a group of citizens who undertake law enforcement in their community without legal authority, typically because the legal agencies are thought to be inadequate.

Speaker A:

Okay, when I use the word vigilante, I am not specifically referring to the law as we see it.

Speaker A:

As far as, like our legal justice system.

Speaker A:

When I use the word vigilante, I am referring to the man made rules that are created by the powers that be and, or society and, or the matrix and, or the systems and, or the narratives that we are programmed to believe that we have to follow because.

Speaker A:

Because I don't know.

Speaker A:

Because it's the right thing to do.

Speaker A:

Because the powers that be want us compliant and they want us controlled.

Speaker A:

So when I use the word vigilante, I'm not talking about like actually like law enforcement or like legal authority or like legal agencies.

Speaker A:

I'm using the word kind of as a metaphor for the, the laws in which we live.

Speaker A:

We all kind of have these unspoken laws and rules in which we live that guide our life.

Speaker A:

I'm not supposed to be loud because I'm a woman.

Speaker A:

I'm supposed to do this.

Speaker A:

I shouldn't do that because I'm a mom.

Speaker A:

I. I should, I should do this because I'm a mom.

Speaker A:

Oh, I have to do things this way because that's what society says.

Speaker A:

Because that's what the mainstream media told me to do.

Speaker A:

Because that's what the narrative says.

Speaker A:

Because that if I don't do that, that goes against the narrative and that's going to make people unhappy.

Speaker A:

If I don't do that, I'm not doing it for the greater good.

Speaker A:

I don't get the COVID vaccine.

Speaker A:

I'm going against the narrative.

Speaker A:

If I don't get married and have 2.5 kids, then what am I doing?

Speaker A:

If I don't homeschool my kids, or if I don't send my kids to public school, or if I don't.

Speaker A:

So many different things that we are programmed to believe and, or not believe and, or whatever.

Speaker A:

We are living by these man made rules within systems, within narratives that are designed, designed to keep us powerless and to keep us voiceless, to keep us compliant and to keep us controlled.

Speaker A:

My entire mission is like radical self trust, radical autonomy.

Speaker A:

You cannot have autonomy and be controlled at the same time.

Speaker A:

You simply cannot.

Speaker A:

So therefore you have to be the vigilante of your own intuition.

Speaker A:

You have to be willing to break the rules when the rules are created to keep you powerless and voiceless and controlled.

Speaker A:

You have to be willing to buck the systems when the systems are not designed to uplift you and center you for the, for the greater good.

Speaker A:

And I don't mean greater good.

Speaker A:

And like a matrixy way like everybody get the COVID vaccine for the greater good.

Speaker A:

What I mean is like truly like the consciousness of the planet, like raising the vibration of the planet.

Speaker A:

Because let's go back to what I believe.

Speaker A:

Intuition is.

Speaker A:

Intuition is the voice of the divine.

Speaker A:

The divine God universe.

Speaker A:

Source is pure, good is pure.

Speaker A:

Love is the highest possible vibration.

Speaker A:

So it's Impossible for the highest possible vibration to lead you into decisions that bring the vibration down.

Speaker A:

Let me, let me say this in a little, in terms that, like, might be a little easier to understand for a lot of you that might be Christians.

Speaker A:

You believe that Jesus is pure love, that Jesus was perfect, that Jesus came to die for your sins, that he is the Savior.

Speaker A:

You believe the word of God in the Bible and you believe that God's word is leading you to do things in the name of love, in the name of good.

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

You don't believe that Jesus could, though Jesus did maybe do things like flip the tables in the church and things like that that were maybe not like pure love and light.

Speaker A:

Like, Jesus got angry, but he got angry for the higher good, for the love, for the connection.

Speaker A:

Is.

Speaker A:

Is that making sense?

Speaker A:

Am I making sense?

Speaker A:

So for me, this identity, again, this is not like textbook definitions.

Speaker A:

This is not about that.

Speaker A:

This is about what does the intuition vigilante as an identity mean and what is it about that that I want to help guide other women into.

Speaker A:

The Intuition Vigilante is willing to break the rules.

Speaker A:

She's willing to buck the system.

Speaker A:

She's willing to go against the narratives, go against the grain, go against the mainstream to do what her intuition is telling her is the right thing to do.

Speaker A:

And that is not always easy, it is not always liked.

Speaker A:

And it a lot of times in many cases might mean that she has to, quote, unquote, break the rules, quote, unquote, take things into her own hands because the system is failing her.

Speaker A:

I want to go back for a second to a deeper layer of this definition.

Speaker A:

And I love it so much.

Speaker A:

Well, first of all, a self appointed doer of justice.

Speaker A:

I mean, fuck, yes.

Speaker A:

Because if, if justice is coming from the divine, to raise the consciousness, to raise the vibration of the planet, it's impossible for it to be a negative thing.

Speaker A:

I hope this is making sense.

Speaker A:

Makes so much sense in my head and sometimes I feel like when I open my mouth, I don't know if it's translating well.

Speaker A:

The word vigilante actually entered the English language in the 19th century and was borrowed from the Spanish word from the same spelling, which meant watchman or guard, which I love.

Speaker A:

Guard your intuition with everything.

Speaker A:

The Spanish word can be traced back to the Latin vigilar.

Speaker A:

I don't know if I'm saying that right.

Speaker A:

It might be vigilare, meaning to keep awake.

Speaker A:

I love this even more because the women that I am talking to, the women in my world, they are awake and where they're not awake.

Speaker A:

They want to wake up even more.

Speaker A:

They want to be awake to the corruption.

Speaker A:

They want to be awake to the fact that we are living in the motherfucking matrix.

Speaker A:

They're not blind.

Speaker A:

They don't have the wool over their eyes.

Speaker A:

They don't have the rose colored glasses on.

Speaker A:

And I'm not saying that they're walking through life with this like, resting bitch face and skepticism and smugness and unhappiness.

Speaker A:

That's not what I'm saying at all.

Speaker A:

I'm actually saying that they're more free, they're more happy because they're living an autonomous life that's in truth.

Speaker A:

That's based in truth.

Speaker A:

That they trust themselves so much that they don't give a fuck if what they say like, is disliked.

Speaker A:

That they are so offensive authentically themselves in a way that truly is raising the vibration of the planet and perpetuating more connection and perpetuating more unification and perpetuating more love.

Speaker A:

In the end, it's so.

Speaker A:

It's so much bigger than what I feel like I can put into words.

Speaker A:

Like I'm struggling to put into words because it feels so big.

Speaker A:

This is the last thing I'll say on this.

Speaker A:

I think in order to create more oneness in our world, in order to truly bring people together, to raise the collective consciousness, to raise the vibration.

Speaker A:

Because we do live in such a divided world.

Speaker A:

You guys have lived in this country the last five years.

Speaker A:

It's so divisive.

Speaker A:

Almost six years.

Speaker A:

Like, and I'm not saying:

Speaker A:

But we live in such a divisive world that has gotten more and more and more like, everybody's triggered and everybody is offended and everybody is like, at each other's throats and attacking people's character.

Speaker A:

We can't even have fucking conversations because instead of talking about the underlying issue, we end up talking about the word that you use to describe the underlying issue.

Speaker A:

We're talking about the, the tone of voice that you use to say the underlying like.

Speaker A:

We're talking about shit that is just not allowing us to like, get to the actual point and actually have constructive conversations.

Speaker A:

Because two people who disagree can't even come together and speak.

Speaker A:

Because God forbid they say something that then offends the other person.

Speaker A:

And now the character of the first person is being attacked and we can't even have the conversation in order to actually create unity, in order to actually come together more, to have more love.

Speaker A:

In our world, we have to be able to be willing to do, Say the hard things, to do the hard things, to speak truth louder, to be the intuition vigilante of our own lives.

Speaker A:

We have to know that that inner knowing, that inner wisdom, is coming from the divine and it is guiding us in the direction of our sole purpose.

Speaker A:

And I believe that all of our sole purposes collectively are to unify us, are to bring us together more, are to raise the collective vibration of the planet and the collective consciousness.

Speaker A:

So if that's the case, if we are all on our own individual paths, but the path is all leading to the same, like, better world, I guess, then we all need to follow that inner knowing.

Speaker A:

So what we need to do is we need to learn how to listen to our intuition in the first place, because maybe it's been blocked.

Speaker A:

Then we need to learn how to discern when is our intuition speaking to us.

Speaker A:

What's our intuition and what's our subconscious programming?

Speaker A:

What's our intuition and what's fear?

Speaker A:

What's our intuition and what's these external pressures?

Speaker A:

And then the last thing is we have to learn how to actually act on it.

Speaker A:

How do we act on that inner knowing when it's so fucking scary?

Speaker A:

How do we act on that inner knowing when it means breaking the rules, Quote, unquote rules.

Speaker A:

When, when it means bucking the system, when it means taking justice into our own hands, justice in quotes.

Speaker A:

When it means like doing things that are against the grain, being unliked, being unpopular, being canceled, being ostracized, being cut off from family and losing people.

Speaker A:

When it means like all of these scary fucking things that our nervous system and our lizard brain, like, our brain is like, no, no, no, no, no, don't fucking do that.

Speaker A:

Because our brains are us, our intuition is God.

Speaker A:

Our brains are literally trying to keep our physical body from harm, are literally trying to keep us from being cast out of the tribe and freezing in the desert in the tundra or burning in the desert.

Speaker A:

Our, our brain is trying to keep us from dying like survival.

Speaker A:

But our intuition is leading us towards our bigger purpose, is leading us towards fulfilling our soul's mission, is leading us towards raising the collective consciousness and vibration of the whole planet.

Speaker A:

Does that make sense?

Speaker A:

God, this feels so high level and so like blow your fucking mind off kind of like.

Speaker A:

But I feel so, so passionate about this and I just wanted to give you guys kind of a peek inside my brain and like where this is coming from.

Speaker A:

This has taken months to transpire and be birthed out of me.

Speaker A:

This is why I am the Intuition Rebirth Doula, here to help doula you and support you through birthing your own intuition vigilante.

Speaker A:

Birthing that identity so that you can.

Speaker A:

Can be the intuition vigilante of your own life.

Speaker A:

So that you can live a life that you are in the driver's seat of, that you feel autonomous and free, and you're in control of your decisions, and you are not just letting your life happen to you, that you are truly living a life that you love that allows you the space to fulfill that mission that your soul is here to fulfill, to share those truths that your soul is here to.

Speaker A:

To share.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna stop talking now.

Speaker A:

That was a lot.
