One of the most important things you can do so that you can create a successful and consistent live show is to create a plan and a rock-solid process. I’ve been developing a process for my live shows since 2019, and it’s central to how my team works to produce, promote and repurpose my live show.
In this episode, I’m joined by the fabulous Tonia Miller. She’s my assistant and she’s got a central role in producing, promoting and repurposing this podcast. We’ll be going through my process and how you can create one for your live shows and podcasts. This will allow you to be much more efficient with your time and create so much more valuable content from one live show.
We’ll be covering…
☑️ How to choose a project management tool
☑️ How to create a simple process for your live shows
☑️ The different kinds of processes (from simple to advanced)
☑️ How to work in a team
☑️ Integrating the 5 Ps of Live Video into your process
Tonia Miller is owner of The Versatile Virtual, a virtual resource business that helps small business owners and entrepreneurs manage their business operations. Most recently Tonia has found a niche facilitating live shows and podcasts for her clients.
In her free time, Tonia loves hanging out with her family, working out, reading, and enjoying time in her garden and hobby farm.
The Confident Live Marketing Show is a weekly live video show and podcast. It’s aimed at established entrepreneurs who want to level up their impact, authority and profits through the power of live video, webinars and podcasts. It’s hosted by Ian Anderson Gray. He is the founder of the Confident Live Marketing Academy and is the host of the Confident Live Marketing Podcast. He helps entrepreneurs to level up their impact, authority and profits by using live video confidently. He’s founder of Seriously Social - a blog focused on live video and social media tools.
