Lately, I’ve been seeing and hearing a lot of people talking about tips, tricks, and hacks for all kinds of things.
Tricks have their place in the world of magic, but when it comes to people - whether it be personal or business - I choose transparency. What you see, is what you get. I don’t have any desire to trick my way to the top at the expense of others.
I also don’t want to hack my life, my spirituality or God! Anything we're trying to gain a depth of knowledge in, have a deeper understanding of, or connection to takes time.
If we want to create at a level of expertise, commit to excellence, and or develop mastery - that sh*t takes practice, experience, work and yup, I'll say it again --- time.
The idea of hacking to hurry, so we can shorten the journey to get there is not that appealing. There are some things that deserve our attention, devotion and us taking our damn time. I want to feel, know, learn and understand each step, as I make my way through this life of mine.

We need to overcome the impatience and desire to rush, and settle in for the journey and process because that’s a huge part of the learning adventure. Operating from a place of integrity is so much more important than how quickly or easily we can get there.
