Nutrition Nugget! Bite-size, bonus episodes offering tips, tricks, and approachable science. This week, Jenn’s walking us through her paper plate exercise. It’s one of her clients’ favorite tools to be prepared for a gathering, such as Thanksgiving. Jenn suggests finding a paper plate or piece of paper. Write all the food options you know on the back, circle your must-haves, underline the things you enjoy/plan to eat, and then flip the plate over and draw where each item will go. This mental rehearsal will help you show up at your event prepared with how your plate will look, so you’re more likely to stick to your plan (whatever that looks like)!  Like what you're hearing?
