LIMITING BELIEFS: are thoughts, opinions that one believes to be the absolute truth. They tend to have a negative impact on one's life by stopping them from moving forward and growing on a personal and professional level.
FORMS OF LIMITING BELIEFS:
· Fear of success.
· Fear of failure.
· Fear we are not good enough to achieve what we want.
· Fear of not being loved/being unlovable.
· Fear of rejection
LETTING GO: Giving yourself permission to let go of control will help take the heaviness of life off your shoulders
EMPOWERMENT: Allowing yourself to feel empowered with the choices and decisions you make in life.
