The central theme of this podcast episode elucidates the rationale behind the inception of our show and the audience it aims to serve. Our discourse initiates with a reflection on the genesis of the podcast, wherein we articulate the inspiration that propelled us to embark on this journey of shared dialogue and enlightenment.
We further delineate the specific topics we consciously eschew, establishing boundaries that underscore our commitment to focus on constructive and transformative discussions. As we contemplate the present moment, we assert that the urgency of our message is underscored by the current societal turbulence, emphasizing the necessity for individuals to awaken from their metaphorical slumber.
Ultimately, we aspire to furnish our listeners with tools for personal growth and emotional regulation, fostering an environment conducive to awakening and self-discovery. The inception of this podcast emerges from a profound desire to engage in meaningful dialogue about personal growth and emotional awareness.
Our discussion traverses the foundational conversations that led to the creation of this platform, highlighting a shared commitment to assist individuals who are navigating the complexities of their own lives. Throughout the podcast, I articulate my experiences with clients, emphasizing how many arrive at my practice ensnared in the detrimental programs instilled by societal expectations and familial dynamics. The core intention behind our endeavor is to awaken listeners to the possibility of reshaping their narratives and discovering renewed purpose in their lives.
Furthermore, we delve into the types of topics we consciously choose to avoid, adhering to a principle of maintaining constructive discourse that elevates rather than diminishes the listener's experience. Speaker B:Because so many people get triggered, right?
Speaker B:And the world's in a triggered, very triggered state.
Speaker B:We have people that are so angry and programs that have been going from generation to generation are now going to have interrupt and we have an opportunity to not duplicate the same program.
Speaker B:And so every day of my life, my purpose is to help someone see their life differently.
Speaker C:Welcome to the Adjusting youg Life podcast.
Speaker C:I'm Kennedy and I'm here with Dr. Steve.
Speaker C:This is episode 107 and it's all about why we started this podcast.
Speaker D:This episode of the Adjusting youg Life podcast is brought to you by Ward Chiropractic.
Speaker D:Dr. Steve finds what most doctors miss and his wall adjustment technique.
Speaker D:It can bring fast relief.
Speaker D:Check out chiroman.com for hours location and to contact the clinic.
Speaker D:That's Chiroman.
Speaker D:C-H-I-R-O-M-A-N.com what would you tell our audience.
Speaker C:In terms of how we were inspired to start this podcast together?
Speaker B:Well, I was inspired to do it because you asked me to do it.
Speaker B:So that's step one.
Speaker B:I deal with people every day and I find that most people that I deal with come in and they're asleep and they're asleep in someone else's unhealthy programs.
Speaker B:And so every day of my life, my purpose is to help someone see their life differently and help give them new tools that they can actually get to a place of deep enjoyment in their life.
Speaker B:And so my main purpose is to help bring awareness to the world and help people who are open to this kind of information to give them this information and so that this work can carry on beyond me.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:It's so nice seeing what's happening with our social media stuff and how many people reached out to me and expressed how these short videos that we're creating as a team are really impacting their life and giving them new tools and new ways of looking at their current challenges.
Speaker B:And so to me, it's exciting because I don't have to physically give a bunch of energy to help people with something like this.
Speaker B:We, you and I get to have a conversation, which it's easy for you and I to have.
Speaker B:And we share our love of the work and we can also show how we have worked the work.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:And so I think it's just a great foundation and.
Speaker B:But my primarily goal is to impact people's lives from this point forward, even after maybe I'm gone, these podcasts will live on, and that is exciting to me, and it's exciting to my legacy.
Speaker B:What is your reason for teaming up with me on this podcast?
Speaker C:So I would say that.
Speaker C:So, you know, my career that I've had, you know, has been fulfilling to a certain degree.
Speaker C:When I have entered my, you know, being in my 40s, I started asking myself, you know, what's my purpose?
Speaker C:Like we had talked about.
Speaker C:And you look for the deeper meaning in life, at least for myself, I've been looking for the deeper meaning and how I can make an impact and be.
Speaker C:And also be passionate about it.
Speaker C:And the work that we've been doing has been so incredibly beneficial to my life and to my family's life, and there just is not enough.
Speaker C:How could I possibly tell everyone I wanted to tell about it and obviously people that I don't know.
Speaker C:And so my idea initially, because I. I enjoy podcasts and I find them really helpful and a lot of them being informative and stuff, was, well, why don't we do it?
Speaker C:And actually not really even thinking it through.
Speaker C:Like, what does that look like?
Speaker C:Because, you know, this has been an interesting, Interesting.
Speaker C:Just commitment.
Speaker C:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker C:And just not really knowing what we were doing when we started.
Speaker C:But seemingly we're getting better and.
Speaker C:And like you said, we're just having conversations and sharing information.
Speaker C:And I know that the people that are meant to hear it are going to hear it, and I think that it's going to change a lot of lives.
Speaker B:I agree.
Speaker B:And I think, you know, so often when people put together a show, they may go on a journey to locate their co host.
Speaker B:They may interview lots of people.
Speaker B:This has just been an organic thing.
Speaker B:Simply put, you asked, you said that I needed to do it.
Speaker B:I said, well, I probably won't do it.
Speaker B:He said, I'll do it with you.
Speaker B:I said, okay.
Speaker B:And that was enough for me to, you know, step up.
Speaker B:But as you say, there's so much commitment that goes into what we're about, giving up our Sundays and because we're all busy in life, and Sunday happens to be a day off for me, and to lose that day off literally now for like three months.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:And yet we have grown so much.
Speaker B:And so it's really exciting to see it become easier.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker B:And I think it's easier because I think that we practice what we're preaching, right.
Speaker B:And that we're not putting unreasonable expectations on ourself and we're not trying to be perfect in everything we say or do.
Speaker B:And, and we realize we're new in it and we know with time we will evolve and things that started out challenging has become easier.
Speaker B:And where will it be a year from now?
Speaker B:It's, we're like seven weeks in to doing this journey and so we're still in the infancy.
Speaker B:But I love it.
Speaker B:I love impacting lives.
Speaker B:I love having had an impact on your life and I know it in every cell of my being.
Speaker B:How your family has been impacted by your choice to share information about a new science, a revolutionary science, and share it with your family.
Speaker B:And not only do that, but have a commitment, a mission in mind that, to get all your siblings and maybe parents as well imaged.
Speaker B:So that when we journey down the road here and we're actually showing illustrations and curvatures and examples of patterns here, we have a situation with a family dynamic that we can show three out of four sisters right now and two out of three brothers.
Speaker B:We can show how you compare to your, your older sister or your younger sisters.
Speaker B:We can see how your brother's patterns change relative to your sisters.
Speaker B:We can see how your brothers attracted similarities to their sisters and who they attracted.
Speaker B:We can then see how even kids have been impacted.
Speaker B:We can see how your daughter has been impacted and how she's really evolved into such an amazing young woman.
Speaker B:And we can see how your sister, your older sister's boys were impacted.
Speaker B:And so the beauty of this work is once you gain the awareness and knowledge, every relationship gets impacted.
Speaker C:Right?
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:And our impact may just be that when we're faced sitting in dysfunction, we learn, oh, when do we bite and when do we not?
Speaker B:When do we go to silence?
Speaker B:When do we become stoic?
Speaker B:When do we really show emotion?
Speaker B:Why are we showing emotion?
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:Because so many people get triggered, right.
Speaker C:And the world's in a triggered, very triggered state.
Speaker B:We have people that are so angry and that really don't understand the importance of regulation.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:That they, they may be emotional reactors and then they attract the energy of something that's going on in the world that allows them to project their reactive anger into that mix.
Speaker B:Understand that we have wound before our current situation, right?
Speaker B:So most people are wounded before they attract their cause, right?
Speaker B:So so often when they're expressing themselves, they are coming from wound that occur before the situation that they're projecting that anger towards.
Speaker C:Right?
Speaker B:So this work is really powerful because I see how quickly people change their emotional quotient.
Speaker B:How you see their.
Speaker B:The light turn on, you see their eyes shift and change.
Speaker B:You see when someone actually gets clarity on what is being communicated, they understand how easy it is not hard.
Speaker B:Like this is super easy to make edits and changes in your life.
Speaker B:It's not hard.
Speaker B:When it's hard, it's challenging for.
Speaker B:But this isn't hard.
Speaker B:We're just giving you the okay to be inventive to.
Speaker B:Instead of being asleep in someone's program, look at the program that you receive and make a choice to edit that program.
Speaker B:And the more you do it, the easier it's going to become.
Speaker B:And programs that have been going from generation to generation are now going to have interrupt.
Speaker B:And we have an opportunity to not duplicate the same program.
Speaker B:Right?
Speaker B:You have an opportunity to attract a healthy relationship instead of a harmful one.
Speaker B:Or you have an opportunity to master love for self instead of get lost in someone else's love that they haven't even began to receive or give to themselves.
Speaker B:So, so much is happening.
Speaker B:This is an opportunity for the world to hear a message in a relaxed state, to get a golden nugget, to walk away with every episode.
Speaker B: me compared to where I was in: Speaker B:I have expanded and evolved so dramatically since they told me my emotional quotient was really high, right?
Speaker B:And so I made edits in it.
Speaker B:And I see things differently.
Speaker B: rent than the person I was in: Speaker B:So it's interesting to know how my emotional quotient has continued to grow.
Speaker B:And to me, that's my purpose within me is can I stay open to awareness?
Speaker B:Can I handle feedback from others?
Speaker B:Can I hear other people's wisdom and apply it?
Speaker B:Certainly, from my perspective, I'm open to all of that.
Speaker B:Because where I see myself in this is in the infancy of something so amazing.
Speaker B:And the awareness I have within me is amazing to have, but the amazing awareness I will have as I evolve in this process is exponential.
Speaker C:I feel the same way.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker C:We'll be right back.
Speaker C:Welcome back to the Adjusting your Life podcast.
Speaker C:This is segment two of episode 107.
Speaker C:We're going to talk about who this podcast is for.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:So, Dr. Steve, what would you say in terms of who this is for, and then I'll share, share my perspective.
Speaker B:I think this podcast is for anyone who is open to evolve and grow within themselves and then their openness to then take information that they gained and transfer that and project that to people outside of themselves.
Speaker B:So it's a podcast for children who may be wanting their parents approval.
Speaker B:It's a podcast for parents who maybe don't know how to give their children approval.
Speaker B:It's a podcast for coaches that maybe are caught up in their own wound and they consistently look for excellence instead of seeing what the actual person is really giving.
Speaker B:And it's for teachers, it's.
Speaker B:It's across the board.
Speaker B:It's for company leaders.
Speaker B:We look at leadership that you want to follow as opposed to leadership you don't want to follow, right?
Speaker B:When we look at leadership, we want to follow.
Speaker B:There is emotional intelligence in that.
Speaker B:Oh, I resonate with the person and I think the person has great qualities.
Speaker B:And, you know, so when we look at this work on behavior, it has such an impact on everyone's life.
Speaker B:The key element how, however, is openness, as I say, to the person who comes to me with a problem, who wants to make me their best doctor.
Speaker B:So I'm the miracle.
Speaker B:And I'm clear with them that they are the miracle.
Speaker B:And they will either make me look great as a doctor or make me look not so great as a doctor.
Speaker B:Because in truth, the best doctor is the person in the challenge.
Speaker B:And when given tools, they have a choice to change it or to live in it.
Speaker B:And it's hard when given awareness to not change it.
Speaker B:It's hard when you give someone this awareness like I've given you to, then go back and see things the way you saw it before, that awareness.
Speaker B:Because that's the thing about awareness that's so exciting.
Speaker B:You give someone a little awareness and they're like, oh my gosh, I can see it so clearly.
Speaker B:Well, now they've changed that dynamic.
Speaker B:Like, for instance, you know, how many ladies come in with severe left shoulder pain and how many of those ladies are mothers, wives, full time workers, and they have all this other, you know, demand on them, right?
Speaker B:And now they're in left shoulder pain.
Speaker B:And so if they do not gain awareness, they go into autoimmune because they keep attacking their feminine right?
Speaker B:But with a little bit of awareness now they're learning to save energy, they're learning to operate efficiently.
Speaker B:They're understanding that there was a wound that made them feel, feel as if just being who they were was not Enough that they had to be even more.
Speaker B:They had to be great at many things.
Speaker B:I'm very clear.
Speaker B:I'm a really great doctor, I'm a really great person, I'm a really great communicator.
Speaker B:I'm really great at discernment.
Speaker B:But I'm not a great plumber.
Speaker B:I'm not a great paper painter, I'm not a great mechanic.
Speaker B:There's a million things I'm not great at.
Speaker B:But we're all given spiritual gifts.
Speaker B:We all are gifted.
Speaker B:Some people never find their gift.
Speaker B:I was fortunate to locate my gift very quickly in my life and I was fortunate to see that I am here to heal people that are open to receive healing and that's why I'm here.
Speaker B:And those people attract me every day of my life.
Speaker B:So it's something that we're doing, is really working and I'm just thrilled, so thrilled about this journey and what we're about and the impact we're going to have.
Speaker B:Because when you impact a life, when you see a person make that edit, make that change.
Speaker B:Oh, wow, I hear you.
Speaker B:I am doing too much.
Speaker B:My program is to accept all responsibility.
Speaker B:I'm going to work on that.
Speaker B:I'm going to work on my vulnerability.
Speaker B:Instead of saying I'm going to handle it, I'm going to start saying I'm overwhelmed, I need help.
Speaker B:I'm going to let other people step up.
Speaker B:I'm going to empower others to do what I might be able to do.
Speaker B:But the power is in helping them to understand they have the power to do it.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:We don't want to live our whole life looking for approval from someone who is either going to validate us or negate us.
Speaker B:And we need to have a process going on in life that we can see who we are and see what we're about and, and see where we're growing and see where we need to grow.
Speaker B:Because with awareness, it's important to understand where you are, it's important to understand where someone else is and it's important to know what wounds or injuries within you need to be worked on and what areas in your life don't need as much work.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:And that's what this work is going to lead you to, is going to give you so much more awareness and it's going to help you to find more joy.
Speaker B:It's going to help you to find this ability within you to express love to yourself on the day to day.
Speaker B:I don't think you can ever do it enough.
Speaker B:If there's A central theme in this, it's about mastering love for self.
Speaker B:And if all people do, it's get to that first step, then the power in what we're doing has already impacted lives.
Speaker B:Because it's not about millions of lives, it's about one life.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:So if we impact one life.
Speaker B:Wow, that's amazing.
Speaker B:Like that's how I was with the muscular dystrophy kids.
Speaker B:If I could help lengthen one life.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:Wow, that's amazing.
Speaker B:Then when I realized, oh, wow, the work I did helped lengthen many lives, that was amazing.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:And so to me, where you and I are and this journey we're embarking on is something that is not only changing our lives, it's going to impact the lives of others, especially of the people that are open, because some people are, some people aren't, some people have zero openness, some people are like a sponge and all they want to do is they want you to download every information.
Speaker B:Because that's a lot of people.
Speaker B:A lot of people that are high standards, they come and meet me and they want to be a master at what I do.
Speaker B:After listening to a three hour presentation with me and it's like, wow, that's pretty unreasonable since it's taken me, you know, 35 plus years to get to this point within me that even feel comfortable to share this information with the world.
Speaker C:Right, right.
Speaker B:So, but that's too as a program because if I have to be as good at like mortgage banking as you, and that's my goal and well, I'm never going to be great at that like you.
Speaker B:So all I'm going to do is have a letdown that's going to trigger a feeling of inadequacy and then I'm going to sabotage.
Speaker C:Right, right.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Well, we can talk about my perspective on, on who this is for sure.
Speaker C:So, yeah, so there's a couple things.
Speaker C:So I would say that we're definitely not here to give unsolicited advice.
Speaker C:So we're here for people that are open, have an openness to wanting to make a change.
Speaker C:And I've been impacted a lot.
Speaker C:There's so much good information out there, great information, and so many people that have, that are in this space of improvement, you know, wanting to better yourself and, and everything.
Speaker C:And I think for me, all of the information that I've absorbed over the last, you know, 20 plus years, 25 years since I have been on this seeking journey of wanting to better myself is that there was this component that was missing that was foundational And I've touched on this before, but just gonna touch on it again.
Speaker C:But the way that I explain it is it's like I was learning all this information, and it was, like, in my cognitive brain, you know, and, like, at the forefront, like, not.
Speaker C:Not really like a part of my soul, but more like in my brain.
Speaker C:Like, I was trying to do all these things.
Speaker C:I was, you know, trying to meditate five minutes in the morning and trying to do this and all these, like, a list of stuff to better myself.
Speaker C:And.
Speaker C:And then I would get triggered.
Speaker C:And then all of the learning I'd done from either listening to audio tapes or reading books, like, went out the window.
Speaker C:And so it was just lacking a root to it.
Speaker C:And in terms of understanding why.
Speaker C:Why I was being triggered, could I change it?
Speaker C:Could I reframe my childhood?
Speaker C:Could I reframe.
Speaker C:I mean, can I.
Speaker C:Could I reframe something that just happened earlier this morning, you know what I mean, and look at it differently?
Speaker C:So a quote from Wayne Dyer that I really resonated with was, if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at, change will change.
Speaker C:And that meant so much to me when I heard it.
Speaker C:I think I want to say it was on.
Speaker C:I was listening to an audiobook, and I texted so many people that because for some reason, it was like you could shift your perspective and choose to look at things differently.
Speaker C:And that was very empowering to me because what it meant for me was that I didn't have to keep living my life with this story that I was telling myself.
Speaker C:And I think that as we've done the work between you and me, I've learned that what I was doing was, like, seeing my eyes through someone else's eyes is essentially, you know.
Speaker C:And so for me, this podcast is important because I think whether it's, you know, couples or, you know, parent, children, relationships, there's just so much misunderstanding, misdirection that occurs every day, all day, that.
Speaker C:That people just don't have the tools to change it.
Speaker C:And I think that this podcast is going to be able to provide people with tools that they can make real changes at home that are really going to, like, expand out into the workplace, into the school place.
Speaker C:I just have a real heart for people and the things they're going through, and I think that a lot of people just don't know.
Speaker C:And I think this is just going to give them what they need to be able to, you know, be better parents.
Speaker C:And I just think that there's.
Speaker C:This is needed.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:Well, My only point is, a couple times in your story you spoke about improving self.
Speaker B:And I don't really see our work that way.
Speaker B:That our work improves you.
Speaker B:Our work helps you to understand who you're not, it helps you to better understand who you may want to be.
Speaker B:And it helps you to understand what behaviors you absolutely don't want to resonate with.
Speaker B:And that it's not ever really about a person being flawed and that we need to fix our flaw.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:It's more about being aware that you bonded with a program of fear and that you've adopted this fear based program and you see your life through those eyes.
Speaker B:But unless that originated in you, it is not your program.
Speaker B:It's your program to release and reframe as you stated, but it's not your program.
Speaker B:And nowhere in our work are we going to be coming from the view that this work fixes you.
Speaker B:No, because you got to be present in order to make shifts and changes.
Speaker B:And if you're seeing your life through some wound, like if I'm a male and I'm in right curve and I have no left curve, then I'm seeing my life through the eyes of a female, that means I'm not present.
Speaker B:That means when I get, I get negated or I get criticized, I go into my feminine that wants to react emotionally.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:So what's the journey?
Speaker B:Well, the journey for me through awareness was since that was an issue at one point in my life, that now as I journey in life, I go in with a directive that at no point in this emotional situation will I become emotional.
Speaker B:Right?
Speaker B:So again, it's not about fixing who we are, it's about releasing who we're not.
Speaker B:It's about giving people awareness that they have been asleep and it's about encouraging them to wake up with a reframe.
Speaker B:Because anything in life can be reframed.
Speaker B:I can be critical of you and you can say, well, you know, thanks for your insight.
Speaker B:I certainly don't see it the same way.
Speaker B:Your criticism gives me an opportunity to really practice loving myself.
Speaker B:And so to me, giving people awareness is the first step.
Speaker B:And then helping people to regulate words and thoughts and emotions, because that's a big part of emotional intelligence is, oh, I manage my emotions intelligently, right?
Speaker B:And then I look at interpersonal skills.
Speaker B:How do I get along with others?
Speaker B:How do I get along with people who disagree with me?
Speaker B:How do I get along with people who agree with me?
Speaker B:Is it okay that someone doesn't agree with me?
Speaker B:Do I need everyone to agree with me do I need everyone to lose their identity to what I believe?
Speaker B:I don't need any of that.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:And so to me, that's I want people who view this and listen to this to realize that our real goal is to help you to see who you're not.
Speaker B:Help empower you to see a different view from your eyes that love you and value you and help you to give help give you new tools so that you can evolve this outside of you and find the joy and love in your life and help people that never learn to be joyful or loving to themselves in their life.
Speaker B:Your journey sitting here today is going to help a lot of people get to that point that maybe never would have got in there without something like this taking place in their life.
Speaker B:Right?
Speaker C:I love how he said all that.
Speaker C:We will be right back.

Speaker D:That's Chiroman.
Speaker D:C H I R O M welcome.
Speaker C:Back to segment three.
Speaker C:We're going to talk about why now.
Speaker C:So Dr. Steve, why now?
Speaker B:I see the world in turmoil and I've been seeing it that way for a long time.
Speaker B:And I think people are completely unaware of being asleep in their life.
Speaker B:And so my purpose to help people to wake up.
Speaker B:And why now?
Speaker B:Because right now we have so much craziness occurring.
Speaker B:We have so much polarization occurring.
Speaker B:We have people who consistently lose regulation and as a result of their loss of regulation, they create major problems for their life moving forward.
Speaker B:People need to understand that the actions we take always come with a consequence.
Speaker B:So if we're not in a healthy emotional intelligence, we may operate in a low emotional intelligence.
Speaker B:We may be operating in reactive anger, in rage and explosion.
Speaker B:We may be operating in a person that you know is constantly being triggered.
Speaker B:And every day of their life they're being triggered.
Speaker B:Why?
Speaker B:Because they have this inner anger.
Speaker B:They haven't healed.
Speaker B:And what are they wanting to do?
Speaker B:They get triggered and what do they want to do with that anger?
Speaker B:They want to transfer that anger out onto people that had nothing to do with harming them or hurting them, and then that becomes perpetual.
Speaker B:It's like a person does a road rage on Sunday and then take a week off.
Speaker B:A person who road rages on Sunday looks for conflict on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Speaker B:So how can we help people to make changes in this realm?
Speaker B:It's not that challenging to do.
Speaker B:It's just about operating intelligent in your emotional intelligence and one letting emotions subside before you decide.
Speaker B:Pause, take some time.
Speaker B:If you're triggered, let the person know you're triggered.
Speaker B:Let them know you need a few minutes.
Speaker B:You're going to take a little walk, you're going to reframe your energy.
Speaker B:You're going to come into the.
Speaker B:The dynamic non emotionally because it's in non emotional communication that you're heard that things change, that edits take place, that people really grow.
Speaker B:It's not.
Speaker B:We're not growing in our emotional reaction.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:Well, I would say, why now?
Speaker C:As in, I think, I mean, I agree with everything you said.
Speaker C:I find that there's just a lot going on and I think it's overwhelming.
Speaker C:I can speak for myself.
Speaker C:It's overwhelming for me sometimes to see just what's happening in the world and also how we can be impacted by it.
Speaker C:And I want people to have hope and know that they can make small changes in their own life, to better life and not feel, because it can feel for myself.
Speaker C:Overwhelming when it's like, how can I change the bigger things that are going on?
Speaker C:And in some regards, there's not.
Speaker C:There's things I don't have control over, which actually there's a lot of things I don't have control over.
Speaker C:And that's something in the work that I've been working through.
Speaker C:And so if I ask myself, what can I do, you know, I think this podcast is something simple and something that can make an impact, you know, whether it's a small way or a big way.
Speaker C:But I can contribute and make a difference.
Speaker C:And so for me, it's the perfect time.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:I think for the two of us, we resonate so well with one another and we know each other so well.
Speaker B:I've coached you a lot.
Speaker B:You've been open to being coached a lot.
Speaker B:So.
Speaker B:So we're a really good team.
Speaker B:You have a lot more awareness on like, podcasts than I do.
Speaker B:So you bring some awareness that I don't even have.
Speaker B:So I think that's what makes it makes it really exciting.
Speaker B:It certainly makes it exciting for me to see the possibilities and to know that if you're angry inside, there is hope for you.
Speaker B:There is a choice that we make and when we have this anger inside, and it's just from a bonded behavioral personality issue, there's a lot that we can do because we can simply rinse off who we're not and embrace who we are, and we can look at ourselves from our different eyes that value us and love us.
Speaker B:And we can work on our own wounds and repair them since so many of them are generational.
Speaker B:And then as a result, what manifests, everything that comes from that change creates little ripples of transformation in the lives around us.
Speaker B:Right?
Speaker B:So we look at life and we, we can see kind of how we are in life by the relationships we have around us.
Speaker B:What are the, what's the quality of the relationships that I have in my life?
Speaker B:I have so many incredible people in my life that step up as you do, as our producer does, and steps up even when there isn't really a gain.
Speaker B:The gain, the sole gain for you is your excitement about getting this message out to the world.
Speaker B:And you know, I'm just really pleased that we have started this and I really am excited to see where this will end up going and I think it's going to evolve so far from where we currently sit today.
Speaker C:I'm really excited.
Speaker C:I know you're excited.
Speaker B:Me too.
