It doesn’t seem to matter how bad Spurs are, they always find some form against Pep. They’ve beaten City in three of their last four meetings in all competitions, including a 2–0 win at the Etihad at the start of this season, back when there was still some optimism around Thomas Frank.

City are hoping they can string some kind of title charge together, having won just one of their last five league games, while Spurs currently sit closer to the relegation zone than they do the Champions League places.
