Understanding what the book of Genesis says about the origin of all things is foundational to understanding the Bible. If chapters 1 and 2 of Genesis are not the truth about the beginning of all things, how can we believe the rest of the scriptures? Especially when the New Testament claims that our creator is also our redeemer. Because if God is not our creator, how can he be our redeemer?
In an "evolving world," defending the Christian worldview is not easy, and many Christians lack the knowledge and confidence to mount a vigorous defense of the Bible. Unfamiliarity with God's Word and what it says about how everything came to be is not a justification for a retreat from the battlefield of ideas.
In this episode, our guest Dr. Terry Mortenson (from Answers in Genesis), will join us for an insightful discussion on how scriptures answer the many questions that a surprising number of Christians have about creation. Worldly ideas that contradict God's Word do not need to be a source of fear and confusion.
